We just had Todd from Vance Heating & Air conditioning sell us a new heating and air system. Todd was very knowledgeable and explained how our old system worked compared to how the new system will work. Great Experience.

The installers were very professional as was Todd. The installation was done in a timely and efficient manner and all the installers were very polite and were as unintrusive as possible.
The only critique I might add is that Todd failed to point out that after the installation of the new furnace and air conditioner that we would have to find a way to cover the unit from view since the installation is right in front of you as you enter the house. A minor oversight in my view, however my wife was fairly put out when she discovered that (fortunately she calmed down within a short time.)

Chris B was wonderful. He performed a thorough evaluation, and gave us recommendations to prolong the life of our system and keep it running well. He took the time to explain his recommendations and what he had done maintenance wise, and followed up with all of this in a report with photos. We trust Vance and will always use them as long as we live in the area.

I had an excellent experience with Vance Heating & Air Conditioning thanks to Adam. He checked my HVAC system and explained everything clearly, helping me understand how it works. Adam was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I’m happy with the service I received and will definitely use Vance Heating & Air Conditioning again in the future.

These guys are fantastic. Thorough, professional, and have great suggestions without any pushiness or excess. I had a great time talking with Jose, too- awesome guy and great company.

Rory from Vance came to give me a bid for a whole house surge protector. The price was great, he then went to the parts house and returned and installed it besides marking where he had to put the new service item. He had the extra time to take care me and did a very efficient job. I would have him back anytime I need help. Marcie

There was so many people that came up and helped us out. I can’t remember all their names but I do know they were fantastic courteous polite. I do know Lance was the electrician that did a wonderful job helping us couldn’t ask for better service people. I would like to add a review for Doug who came out to fix our HVAC system on Jan 24and26 2026 he was so knowledgeable and helped us tremendously would not stop until it was completely working right he was so great and professional it

NO! That is what we told the technician that came to inspect why our (5) yr old motor that went out on our unit that THEY put in. This is something that we paid A TON of money for. It was serviced for the (5) yrs ( but NOT by Vance) . Five years?!?!?! Ridiculous for something that expensive to last five years!
So here was the rub we got from Vance. The tech comes and does the usual ohhh ahhh.. and your coils are dirty ( btw they were not , according to a competent HVAC company that we DID have the motor fixed by) “ it’s out of warranty “. It’s going to cost $1800 to fix it!
Now WHY would I pay a company that basically sold me a unit that SHOULD Have LASTED A LOT LONGER THAN (5) Yrs ( so basically a piece of crap) another $1800? to fix the junk THEY sold me?!?!
That is why we said NO!
The unit was crappy
The unit was sold by VANCE .. they chose to carry and sell it and thought they would make more money off it … again NOPE!

Calvin and Chestin at Vance were awesome. They showed up on time. Got done early and left our garage cleaner than it was before they got there. We highly recommend Vance and Calvin & Chestin

Cris came out to do a check of my units. He explained everything so I could understand the issue & how he was going to fix it. He has a great smile & I was completely at ease to welcome him into my home to make the adjustments to my units. He did an excellent job and I would recommend Vance for your Heating & Cooling needs.

Gaston P. did a great job on my system tune up today. He was professional and friendly and he explained all areas that he checked and that they were working very well, and the two areas that will need to be addressed at my next check up. I was very satisfied with the service provided!

Jose was the technician sent out for accessing my furnace, he was extremely professional and very quick to assess my propane furnace issue, he clearly answered all my related questions, and he gave great advice. I’m really impressed by Vance Heating and Air’s availability and communication regarding appointments and their knowledgeable technicians. Highest of recommendations.

Gaston was very thorough, explaining things on each step of his maintenance on our system. He was courteous , knowledgeable , and explained and showed showing pictures of what he found. We always appreciated Vance technicians , but Gaston was a step above. Thank you, Vance and thank you Gaston.

Carlos has come to the house several times now and he presents with such a positive cheerful attitude. He is informative and takes the time to explain how something works. He is highly knowledgeable and puts the customer at ease right away! Thank you, Carlos!

My heat pump was making a 'loud ' humming and when I looked the condenser fan was locked up.
So I switched to EM. Heat and gave them a call.
They were here the next day and went thru EVERYTHING, couldn't find anything, so we walked thru the whole thing and were satisfied with it. Both technicians were friendly and did a great job in explaining the situation and possible issues in the future.
I and my wife were very impressed and totally comfortable with them . Since they couldn't pinpoint the issue, they did system maintenance, and didn't even charge for the service call!!! I'm very glad I chose Vance 3 years ago when we moved in. They are outstanding and won't go anywhere else.

We had our HVAC replaced and the team at Vance Heating & Air Conditioning did a phenomenal job! They made sure to place sheets down all throughout my home to keep my floors clean and wore shoe covers each time they stepped foot inside. They were knowledgeable and educated me every step of the way from installation to setting up my thermostat. We unexpectedly needed wiring ran through our home during the install and they quickly called their team of electricians to work hand in hand with their technicians. Highly recommend Vance!

Daniel came out to fix my heater after I woke up freezing in 30° temperatures. He came out within hours of me calling for help. He was AMAZING!! He is a very thorough, efficent, personable and professional employee. He checked the inside and outside of my home to diagnose my problem quickly. I had heat within 20 minutes. WHAT A BLESSING!!

I am recommending Vance heating to every single person that I come in contact with. They came out in my hour of need and really cared about my safety and well-being.
