Bryan as well as the installers were always prompt and considerate. Estimate was detailed and fully explained. Installers were meticulous with their work and clean up. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had invited the estimator to my house for an estimate on a new deck. During the visit we found some large square shingles lying around in the grass that matched the color of my roof but were shaped differently and much larger than a shingle. The estimator got a ladder out of his truck and gave my roof a thorough inspection. And my upper roof is quite high. The large square pieces were from wind damaged ridge vents and total replacement was quickly scheduled and performed. Super neat work done correctly and promptly, and most likely prevented some significant water damage from hard rains right after the work was completed. Now it's time to talk about the deck again 😊

About 7 months ago, we had a tub to walk in shower conversion done in one bathroom which turned out well. There were several hiccups however that the owner had to come out and fix as the installer was just doing quick fixes instead of fixing it right. In a 1/2 bath, we had done several things to make it more handicap friendly due to a elderly parent moving back in. This is where it got completely nuts. The job took way longer than anticipated. Doors were widened, new flooring was put down, hand rails put in, a new toilet put in as well as well as a new medicine cabinet, and etc. The doors/frames were put in and you couldn't open or close them without it rubbing. Thresholds kept coming up. The medicine cabinet was installed upside down. You name it, it was done. The owner tried his best to make things right. The actual installer was absolutely useless at this point. I was to the point of thanking God when he left. I was over him and the whole situation! They had to actually get someone else to come back in to fix things after he left. Now, the thresholds are coming back up again. These are in a cement floor. Had them before, no issues until their installer put new ones in. It's been one thing after another. For what was spent, it was a nightmare and not top rate. I went by the ratings on here and thought it was bullet proof. Boy was I wrong. It may have just been the installer. Still. I would not do it again and sorry we ever did it in the first place. My husband even said he doesn't want to call to have these thresholds to be fixed as he doesn't even want him/them in this house after the work he did. He will try to fix it himself. Sub par. If we need work done again, we'll call someone else. Learned our lesson. The sales guy was great, and the owner tried. Otherwise, not impressed with their hired help.

Great experience with Secure in putting in a Walk-In Shower and a new floor! This was the only company that said that they would work with us in keeping a functional toilet during the construction project since we only have the one bathroom. They purchased all the needed material for our project before starting. We were very pleased with Mike and Damien - they were both very polite and considerate. They kept us informed as to what they had lined up to do for the day - and cleaned up all their materials and swept every evening before they left. When it came time to measure putting in the shower seat and grab bars they had me get in the shower so they could see where I needed them placed. They did the same thing with the shower head/shower handle and side shelves. We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower and flooring. Will definitely use Secure Construction for any future needs!

Secure Construction always gets the job done in a timely manner and with professionalism. They can tear off and put a new roof back on in less than a day (depending on the size). They clean up well after the project. Always the best choice for us! 👍

Great company. Great customer service and work product. I called them about roof damage and a pretty significant leak - they were able to get me an estimate that day, and got the repair scheduled within just a few days, and the final price was the original estimate. Highly reccomend.

Were here early with a full crew and got the new metal roof on in one day. I was really impressed how fast and friendly the crew was and even came back because he saw a small potential problem and had it fixed in a timely matter. They even fixed a few things they didn't have to. Would recommend this company highly if you want the job done professionally and done right.

Secure Construction has been my go to home improvement company since I’ve become a home owner. They're very quick and efficient and they do the job right! I’ve used them for windows and doors in two homes and the roof on the first and will call again when I need them. Had a problem with a gutter coming loose. Called Secure to check it out (they installed it several years ago).Tim and his crew came early this morning, analyzed the problem (wasn’t anything they did, previous contractor), got the material to fix it, did the work, cleaned up the debris, and were gone in a few hours. We are very pleased and grateful for their work. We have peace of mind. We are going to use SECURE again very soon. We’d recommend to anyone who wants a job done well.

My mother and I are highly satisfied after our Trex deck replacement project with Secure Construction. Repaired my roof that had 3 holes and damage from a huge pine tree falling during a storm. They were able to get the work done in 1 day right before another storm happened to come through. They showed me what was done and I am very pleased with their work. Thank you Secure Construction!

The employees at Secure Construction are very professional and do a great job. When we hired them to replace are roof, the showed up when they said. They removed the old roof and replaced it with new roofing, flashing and ridge vents. When they left, all my wife and i had to do was enjoy the finished product. I have used Secure Construction over the last 10 years for a new roof, soffit ventilation, gutters, aluminum sheeting of my facia boards and two large picture windows. The work was timely with excellent quality. Mr Keller went to great lengths to explain how the work was being done. When recent high winds damaged some of the aluminum sheeting, he quickly repaired it. As a retired civil engineer who has worked with numerous contractors in my career, I put Secure Construction at the top of my list.

I am very pleased with my new walk in shower. It's just beautiful. I was very impressed with Mike doing all the work by himself. I felt very comfortable with him working in my house: as well as my old dog really looked forward to seeing him.
