Dean Craft is my contact person @ Classic Construction. He is knowledgeable, polite, prompt and answers any concerns you might have. My old roof was pulled off, cleaned up, and hauled away. My new roof was completed just before Christmas. I am most happy with my experience with Classic Construction.

Hail damaged our roof and our claim was initially denied by our insurance carrier. Dean Craft from Classic Construction provided continuing assistance and expertise as we worked thru the process of getting a second inspection. We got the second inspection which confirmed severe damage. We were finally able to get a settlement from insurance. Dean was there thru the whole process and made numerous visits to the house to take pictures and evaluate the roof.
Classic installed the new roof, which looks wonderful. The crew was on time, their work was neat, and the job was finish beautifully . I highly recommend Dean Craft and Classic Construction because Dean and Classic did exactly what they promised and it was on time and on budget.

We worked with Dean Craft to help with a insurance claim on our new roof, he was so helpful and professional, our insurance company put us through a lot but Dean stuck with us and helped to get the claim approved!

The crew who installed our new roof were very efficient and done a great job as well!

Very pleased with the roof replacement process. Dean Craft was knowledgeable, professional & responsive. The roof looks great, the workers did a great job and I was very pleased on how they cleaned up after they completed the job. Best of all, Classic Construction is a local company and replace my roof at a great price.

We had a great experience with Classic Construction. They were able to get to us quickly to repair our roof and replace siding. The crew arrived when they said they would, got us taken care of in 1 day, and cleaned up before they left. Dean Craft was great to work with, he was very responsive, presented us multiple options, and made sure we got what we wanted. The house looks great, we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

We contacted Classic for new gutters, as I saw they had great reviews on Google. I regret this decision. They end up subcontracting a local gutter company (A1) that was very sloppy, left the area a mess, and installed several gutters incorrectly to where they were leaking. Although Classic didn't technically installed them, they've been the worst to work with for repairs. We're still dealing with issues well after a year of installation. If you can get Classic to pick up the phone, they will gaslight you and tell you they will give you a call back, but they won't. The receptionist is rude and refuses to provide any sort of timeframe for when you might expect to hear back. Terrible customer service. If you choose companies based on high Google reviews like I do, DON'T let this one fool you. They are not a high quality company, from my experience and I will never use them again.

I had around my chimney and two air vents on my house repaired Dean and his team did an amazing job They gave me the best price of all my other estimates They were here when they said in fact early ready to go to work and did an amazing job I personally could not be happier. Thank you Dean, and when I'm ready for a complete new roof you will be the man I call.

From start to finish Dean was very professional and helpful. My quote was reasonable and the installation crew were very courteous and professional. They showed up at 7am both mornings and were on the roof at 7:05. Day two they finished up their work and cleaned up the mess very thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

I worked with Dean to get estimates on roofs more than one property that I own. He was more than kind, always took my calls, and walked me through every step of the process. When I was comparing estimates, he spoke about the benefits of choosing Classic Construction, including their warranties, and their reputation. He also walked me through financing options when my first option became unavailable, and was patient as we waited for a closing date from my mortgage company. I highly recommend Dean, as he is the reason I chose to go with Classic. As the point of contact for this company, he was professional, timely, and communicative, including sending me pictures throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend. I plan on using Classic for all my roofing needs in the future.

Don did great on coming out and doing estimate on siding, was on time very nice guy even called back to make sure everything was correct with what I wanted. He told to give a few days to get estimate together I waited a week never herd from him so I texted said he was still working on it waited another week called office talked to a lady she said she would pass it along to the guy's. It's been four m onths still no estimate so I guess the job was to big, if they didn't want to do it just say no.

I'm very happy with the results of my deck. Joe Coldiron was very helpful with giving finishing touch ideas and recommending my best options. Their crew was there within the next week and I couldn't be happier.

Maycon did an excellent job replacing the siding on my home. I’m used to doing my own work but was pleasantly surprised at how smooth things went. The entire process was great and communication was easy/prompt...any questions I had were answered quickly.

Ok, so they haven't installed my roof yet, but the process for getting them out to evaluate the problem and provide an estimate has been smooth and painless. Hunter Childress was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and answering my many questions with patience and kindness.

Maycon did a great job on my roof. They were prompt and knowledgable. Their price was very reasonable and was exactly as stated in the estimate.I've recommended them to friends and will utilize their services again when needed.

I dealt with Don throughout the process of scheduling a small roof repair. Don was excellent to deal with: prompt to answer or return calls, was able to come give me an estimate the day I called, and had a very pleasant demeanor. While I didn't get to interact with the construction crew, it speaks volumes that they wanted to come out during a short break in a December downpour to finish the work, even though the roof was sealed and not leaking.

Came to do an assessment of our roof for repair. Jon arrived at the time he promised. He said we would have a quote sent to email by the end of the day. When I did not receive a quote as I was told, I tried to follow up. I sent two different emails, one to his email on his business card and one thru the construction site as well as a text . My husband called his cell phone, left a message and did not receive a return call. The reviews are 5 star so I think his company may be good at what they do. However, something is missing when one lacks common courtesy and respect. Just say “no” if not interested in a job. Perhaps he is only interested in the “bread and butter” jobs as they say and not more difficult ones.

Fast response & minor repair of siding damaged by wind proves they stand behind their work. Brendan & crew (especially crew leader) were very professional & thorough. They gave me peace of mind & I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof or siding installation.
