Perfection!! I was out of town when a problem occurred with my heat. I was able to work with Ashworth and get a technician out the same day. My house sitter was so pleased and was warm again. Everyone I have ever worked with or spoken to has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Ashworth highly and often.

Technician showed up on time looked over the A/C unit and found out exactly what was wrong with it. Had the part changed it out quickly anx was done. Corey was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend Ashworth and Corey to everyone.

Both men that came to do maintenance were great! Super friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.

Ed was very professional and kind. He explained things in layman terms for me. I think he is terrific. You need to add his photo as an option. He did say he was new to the company.

Austin was great! Answered all our questions and told us he would take care of getting everything scheduled for us. He didn’t even seem to mind our large dog tried to help him while he was with us!

Everyone at Ashworth Heating & Cooling was focused on ensuring that the job was done correctly and that our needs / concerns as the homeowners were addressed. The work involved completely redoing all of the duct work in an old home and installing a new Infinity system. Mr. Ashworth was involved in every step of the process. The Ashworth Heating & Cooling staff are all customer focused and professional. It was an excellent process with fabulous results.

Was out of the state for work, but a call from my family that the air isn’t working had me concerned with the 100 degree heat wave. Called these folks and they came the next day. I appreciate the professionalism and the tech calling that they were running behind and would be late to your scheduled appt. Once arrived, solved the issue within 10 MINS! Fairly inexpensive as well. Thank you!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Very nice personality!! Very pleased with the service. I kept his business card so that if I needed service I can ask for Brandon. Just a great person!! Brandon had to come back , took care of it, since I’ve never had a heat pump system before, he explained a lot about them. He’s a treasured employee for sure!!! We were very pleased with the whole process with Ashworth. From the scheduling of the appointment through the service call, we were treated in a very courteous and professional manner.

Austin, the service tech, explained everything and what repairs we may be looking at in the future. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Project Manager Austin Lyons showed up to provide a free estimate on getting a new HVAC system. Austin was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. Additionally, he provided us with all of the information we needed to make an informed decision about the best HVAC unit to meet our needs. Austin was very polite and happy to give us the time to discuss the financing options and make the decision without any pressure from Ashworth. If I could give Ashworth ten whole stars instead of just five, I would in a heartbeat.

[Edit] 3/19/2024: I would just like to take a moment to add that Ashworth Heating & Cooling truly takes care of their customer's and puts in a lot of effort to make HVAC both affordable and accessible. [Edit] 3/22/2024: Matt and Landon arrived right on time this morning! They made us feel very comfortable and assured by being pleasant and very knowledgeable. Additionally, they were very respectful of our home and time. Thanks to Matt and Landon's expertise, I now have a very comfortable home with absolutely no stress! Ashworth's made every single step of this process as easy as possible, from the estimate to financing to installation.

Very fast and friendly service the technician came out 1 hour after contacting them for a property that our church owns. Will be recommending and using in the future. Brandon was very professional and polite and worked in a very timely manner to assist us.

This is my first follow-up appointment since becoming a customer about 8 months ago. As promised, Ashworth called me to set up an appointment and worked with my schedule. I was fortunate to have Steven come back to service my unit. Matt and Elijah came and installed my new unit today and did a great job! Matt talked me through every major step they did and made sure I understood everything. Good work from a good company!

We had 3 HVAC units that needed system maintenance. They had to replace one part on one system. The systems do seem to be running more efficiently now. We shall see how my next electric bill looks.

Steven is hands down the best HVAC tech I've ever dealt with. Not only was he adamant that he find the cause of my issue but also took the time to ensure there weren't any other issues present while he was at it. His keen eye found two additional issues that not only made an immediate difference but will have an impact on my two new systems for the remainder of their service life. Kudos to Steven for a work ethic rarely seen these days and kudos to Ashworth for having him as a technician. I'll be asking for him by name from here on out.

Wish I found these guys before I paid for the two previous companies. They installed a system that cost too much to buy and too much to maintain. Ashworth is a well managed company with quality employees that have great work ethic.

Austin Lyons, he is very professional and has good customer service. He has a extreme amount of knowledge about hvac. He was able to inform me of the problem and why im having a problem plus the solution. He drew up a quote for me and broke everything down. I will always use your company and will recommend to anyone.

Austin was wonderful. Gave us different options and was very thorough in explaining the differences! A++++. We like to think about any quotes for a day or two. Will update when we make our decision.
