They have became my first BBB claim that I have ever made, my first bad google review as well, customer BEWARE. Horrible communication, shows up without notice(multiple occasions) makes lots of excuses, not willing to solve issues or discuss concerns, owner or management must work undercover with alias because good luck with that, does not follow up with warranty claims or customers even when requested, not in the finding a solution business or owning up to just being a good business period, will blame their lack of service on customer, do not recommend, save yourself the headache 🤕 use a different company!

Update: for response to company’s response to review: The warranty company was aware of any issues on our end, our washer needed repair, we weren’t hiding anything, unit was malfunctioning, it was being serviced on an EXTENDED warranty that I paid good money for, not an included manufacturing warranty, nothing was voided, you did us no favors, wish you took as much pride in the work you do as your ego. Nothing but excuses still! I went 10 weeks without a working washer, and it was 100% fully due to your business. ONLY 5 short days after you were no longer part of the process and causing delay and continued excuses, we received the resolution that we had been waiting for. We now have a working washer but at no thanks to you. The excuses are not acceptable, period! Customers should be aware of that. Either repair or deem it unrepairable, and in a time manner, keep communication with customers, the amount of time the company took was absolutely unacceptable, once they were removed from my warranty claim, it was the easiest process with Assurant warranty company. That’s not a coincidence but customers decide for yourself.

The guy worked hard and he was very polite.

UPDATE: We received a call from the owner Sean a few days later and we assumed that he was wanting to apologize for the rudeness of his employees but we were wrong. Sean informed us that since we left him a poor Google review he will not be coming out to complete the work order and then he proceeded to cuss my boyfriend out then hang up on him. Before he decided to verbally assault my boyfriend, he told us that he personally had came to our house to do the repair which is strange because technician "Steven" was the one who was presumably here. Sean told us he even had a picture of himself at our house knocking on the door, and when we asked for the picture he said "I don't have to prove anything to you." Completely inappropriate and hostile employees all around.

(June 25, 2024, 5:00 pm) I just got off the phone with the receptionist Jessica and I can truly say I have never received worse customer service. First I explained my situation of Orange Mountain's tech Steven not showing up to our appointment, and expressed that it had been over a month since our fridge has been broken. Jessica seemed to take this personally and told me not to get an attitude with her since she had "nothing to do with this" despite the fact I have indeed spoke to her specifically multiple times trying to get this resolved. I asked to speak to her boss and was told that her boss Shawn will be canceling our work order because of my "attitude". Once I informed her that I am recording this phone call, she immediately started back tracking and trying to apologize. Totally unprofessional and hostile behavior, I cannot even include everything Jessica said to me on the phone because this review would be pages long. Anyone who is considering using this company please consider at your own risk.

In response to the company's reply, I have tried multiple times to call back to speak to a supervisor and each and every time Jessica answers and informs me there is not supervisor. I do not trust her to actually rely my call to her supervisor for obvious reasons. It is also astonishing that she is still employed with this company after the way she behaved towards a customer.

Incredible! This team is awesome. Orange Mountain takes care of our appliances and our rental appliances. They made our home washer and dryer new again with repairs and part replacement and anytime we have an issue with our rental properties they are on the spot. Great customer service and incredible technical service. We have 5 year old equipment at our house and we’re considering new but they were able to repair at a fraction of the cost of new washer and dryer.

Very professional repair technician that arrived promptly for both the diagnostic and repair appointments. Communication during the process of ordering and waiting for the delivery of the part was done professionally! I highly recommend Orange Mountain Appliance Repair!

Very professional friendly service. The part took awhile try come in from the manufacturer but the issue was diagnosed quickly and once the part came in, it was fixed promptly.

Called and they came out, looked at my dishwasher, said I needed a drain pump, said they would order one and install it, never heard back, just fix it yourself or get a new appliance

Our technician, Stephen, was incredible. He was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and concerns plus gave me advise on future appliance purchases. Jessica, at dispatch, was very friendly, had an amazing sense of humor and helpful as well. I highly recommend this company and I will gladly call them again if the need arises.

I made an extended warranty claim on my washer. The warranty company arranged for Orange Mountain Appliance Repair to diagnose the problem and make the repair. Orange Mountain's dispatcher, Jessica, was great. She was very nice and always responded to my inquiries. Orange Mountain's technician, Steven, was also great. He diagnosed the problem as soon as he arrived, and immediately ordered the needed part. I would highly recommend Orange Mountain Appliance Repair.

Although the part took several weeks to arrive, Orange Mountain did a good job in keeping me informed. In the meantime was very frustrating, when it came in, they did a professional job in fixing the washer and knew of the problem and were very knowledgeable. The owner Steven and Jessica in-the office did a good job. Thank you all for your good customer service.

Scheduled an appointment for dryer repair. Was 10 days out, Thursday between the hours of 4 - 8. Technician did not show up. No phone call or explanation. Called the next morning, they wanted to reschedule for next week. Sorry but no. We asked if you could possibly come tomorrow. We were told you didn’t have anyone available that it would be next week. Now you have an available appointment/technician? Should have made that offer immediately not after the review. Made other arrangements.

The Guy was very nice and professional he fixed the part that was broken and got the ice out of the bottom of the freezer that wasn’t supposed to be there thank you for the great work next time we need someone we will be calling your business!

Without fail this company continues to amaze me. Trustworthy, professional, reliable…….,everything you look for in appliance repair. Not once have they disappointed and I have used them multiple times in the past 5 years. Thanks again for 5 star service. I would give more if I could.
