The service man was very cordial and did what he came to do. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem. My refrigerator is still not making ice.

Great technician who made sure we knew how to avoid any future problems when he came to service our Bosch dishwasher on a warranty protection plan by Lowe’s. He arrived on time after sending a photo so we knew who to look for. We’ll use him again for all our appliance repairs! A GREAT find!

Don’t even think of calling another appliance repair place. Orange Mountain is, by far, the best. I started using them at work, now I’ve used them personally, and don’t hesitate to share how awesome they are.

Lowe’s warranty let this company do the repair on my washer. It took over a week to get them to look at it and 3 weeks to get a simple part like a drain pump. When I called them at the end of the third week they told me the pump just came in a they were going to call me in the next few days to schedule the install. Terrible customer service. When they scheduled me it was for between 8am-12pm. They didn’t show till after 1pm. No regard for my time or schedule. Please save yourself the aggravation and use someone else.

Washer was under warranty. But Steven was super he came out to see what was wrong and ordered the parts. He came back as soon as the parts were in and fixed the issue. Very professional and great service.

Steve the technician was on time, polite, very professional, knowledgeable, and fast. My problem was solved before he left and I can do laundry again! Thank you Orange Mountain Appliance Repair!!
