As always, my a/c needed service on 90 degree days. Thompson responded fast and fixed problem in just a frw minutes. Jon, the tech, was fantastic.

Fantastic service from Evan..n EJ Thompson plumbing ... called Evan n he set up a time to have my Hot Water tank installed. Awesome service all around!!

Salesman, Evan Ward, was very professional, listened to what I wanted & needed for my home & quoted a new HVAC system. Installers arrived on time & did a great job of replacing old unit.

Jacob did a great job installing our new furnace. He was very professional and lead us through the whole process to get the best unit to fit our needs. The house is warm and cozy now!!

I have used E.J. Thompson & Son several times. I have called them for several plumbing issues. They always showed up promptly and did a very professional job. They explained the problems in detail and my options and prices for repairs. I also had them install an all new HVAC system and tankless water heater. I had a consultation with John and he went over all my options and e-mailed me a detailed estimate with several options and pricing for each. The install was smooth and has worked well since. They do great work, are absolutely honest and trustworthy, and don't try to "up sell" you in any way. They have gone above and beyond for my family and I. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

I must say EJ Thompson out did there selves this week! We have had a wonderful start to finish experience with Evan our sales guy, Zack Knight & Anthony Olson our installation guys, and Curtis with the floors! We contact Ej Thompson on Thursday last week and the guys finished the job today! Our laundry room was not an easy project.. they ripped floors out and replaced sub floor and flooring.. new base boards and installed the furnace and made it look Easy! They were able to work with our budget and very quick to respond. Evan and Curtis did wonderful dealing with my particular wishes and made our old early 50’s laundry room come to life!! We will be speaking your name to all who come our way! Thank you all again for all your hard work we appreciate all that you did.

I have used this company for years for all of my heating and plumbing needs. They are always responsive and professional. This week they did a duct cleaning and installed a new heating and cooling system in my home. I couldn't be happier with the installers and the equipment. I highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful visit by a nice fellow named Anthony. Our toilet tank line was pretty old and it had finally had enough and sprung a leak. Came in during the really early morning hours. And was surprised to get an affordable price for it too! This place can definitely help you if there's an emergency leak in the late hours. Should I ever need it I know who to call next time!

These are my go-to guys for plumbing and heating/cooling. Always professional, on time, great attitudes, and prices. Over the last 3 years, they have cleared clogged drains, installed lines, installed a water heater, new AC, and other minor plumbing issues. Great customer service, always on point!!!

Called office yesterday to schedule HVAC system check and was able to have appointment today. The service technician Tyler called before the appointment to insure I was available and ready for the appointment. Tyler was professional and took the time to discuss our system and then options point out some additional service programs that would save us money insuring the system was covered. I am disabled and in a wheelchair so I asked Tyler to look at my duct work looking for issues or improvements. Tyler saw some issues and called the office to set up for a duct work specialist to come by and inspect my system. I have some areas in house that are colder than other spots. Happy how EJ Thompson approached my issues.

My AC went out during a very hot week. Tyler was immediately sent out and replaced a blown capacitor. As I looked over his shoulder, he explained everything each step of the way. Tyler was fast, professional, and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I had a new unit installed several months ago (air handler and heat pump), and wanted to wait to make sure all was well before posting a review. Kudos to the installers Anthony and Zack, very professional, installation went smooth, and the unit is working great. We have not had any issues. As for price, these things are not cheap, but EJ presented me with many options to choose from, with a full range of prices. If anyone is considering HVAC service/repair/replacement, I would recommend getting a quote EJ Thompson & Son. I think you will be happy with their service.

I needed to have heating installed in my house as well as gas line run to my garage with heating installed in it. I opened Google and called the first HVAC company I came to. EJ Thompson was my third call when they should of been my first. They came to do an onsite estimate the day I called. The first two companies scheduled days out and both were no shows. Everyone at EJ Thompson that I came into contact with was helpful, professional and incredibly nice. Pricing was upfront and fair, installation was on time and they kept me updated throughout the entire job. During the estimate process they patiently answered my questions, worked up estimates for different options and ultimately helped me find the right heating solution for my needs and house. 100% would recommend this company to anyone. I can't say enough about this company and the owner. Initially I had a gas leak and the gas company had to shut off our gas. The nigh temperatures were in the teens. The owner scheduled the servicemen to come out the very next day and they were able to repair the leak the same day. The gas company came that evening to turn our gas back on. Additionally, there was a major blockage blockage in our pipes under the crawl space. E.J. Thompson again was able to unclog our drains and we are now in great shape. Wonderful experience and very friendly, caring, professional employees!

I had a new Goodman HVAC system and a new electric water heater installed by Scott and Bub from EJThompson. They did an excellent job and were neat as a pin. They answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely have them back for other work as needed. Also, I got other quotes and I thought their price was reasonable compared to the other quotes. John also gave me a discount. They are a small business so anytime you need any plumbing or HVAC work done, give EJ Thompson a call.

I’ve dealt with EJ Thompson’s for a long time now. Josh just came over and hooked up my water line to my new fridge and checked for leaks because Big Sandy refused to do so when they delivered it. Josh was very polite, professional and moved my old fridge out of the way for me. You can’t go wrong with these guys. They are honest and stand behind their work.

John came out and looked at my system and explained what he could do for me and gave me a great price for all the work he was going to do. He sent Anthony and Mike out to take care of the job. Those two did an excellent job and were very professional. I really appreciate all that they have done. This is the first time that E J Thompson has done any work for me but I will definitely use them from now on. Thanks again guys

Our old furnace (in our home/residence) quit working. After doing some checking around, we chose EJT & Sons.

They responded very quickly, diagnosed the problems, and carefully and clearly explained the situation and laid out potential solutions and costs of each.

Repairs were one option but would be expensive and could not eliminate risk that other (older) parts of the old furnace would have problems or fail even after the repair.

We had several questions and John Jr. was good to answer them quickly and evenhandedly.

In the end we decided to buy a new 2-stage high efficiency Trane furnace, given the age of the old unit, the high costs of repair, the higher efficiency of new units, lower operating costs, modern controls, and quieter operation, of a new unit. Consumer Reports research and other research indicated Trane brand was top-notch, very reliable, best of the best.

John Jr. was great to work with to narrow down the furnace, warranty, and pricing options.

Price of the Trane unit we picked, was fair/reasonable (and was good compared to quotes received elsewhere for other lower-rates and lesser quality brand/units).

No surprises or add-ons. It was a turnkey price for the furnace/controls, etc., installed and up and running, with all taxes included.

The crew was right on time and got the old furnace out and new one and new controls (thermostat with wireless interface) installed very smoothly. They explained what they would be doing and roughly how long it would take.

When done, they also talked with us about the new furnace and helped set the settings on the new thermostat and explained how to use the new controls. We are extremely pleased.

Very professional workers. Evan was very helpful in getting me prices and making the process of getting a new HVAC smooth and easy. I am the neighbor that was being worked on from the complaint about trash in his yard. This neighbor is not reputable as he thinks the whole neighborhood throws trash in his yard and his trash cans when we all have our own trash cans. This neighbor also has lots of junk in his backyard making our street look run down so unsure why he was so upset when the house next to him was just trying to upgrade their property something he can’t seem to do. This company is very good and the men work hard. We appreciated their timeliness in putting in our new system. Thanks!

My husband, Mike, and I are so pleased with our experience with them. All the guys were very personable, prompt, and I loved that they cleaned up so well after the job was done. Anthony is a great representative for this company, taking time to explain what was being done and offered helpful tips along the way. We HIGHLY recommend EJ Thompson & Son LLC!!!
