I loved the technician mike f! He was fantastic and the services were on point. I told him everything going on and he ACTUALLY LISTENED! Being a female, I have received a lot of down grading and acting like I don’t know what I’m talking about with previous plumbers. The prices were steep, but to pay cash was cheaper. There was a 3-5% fee for cards etc. However, they aren’t allowed to carry cash around so I ended up paying the higher amount even with cash because they had no change. That felt like false advertising. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been a 5 from me.
Their tech employee, Josh, is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He was able to find the problem, which others could not, and fix it quickly. Great job!
These people are efficient, keep you informed about job progress, and are very friendly. They had my AC back up and running no problem, even the same day on a weekend. I'd suggest them to anyone needing a job done!
My plumber/tech was Richard (“Cowboy”). A consummate professional and expert in his trade. Most importantly, as honest as they come with a true heart for doing right by the customer. He went above and beyond and clearly brought a service and excellency approach to the job, not a sales approach. He wants to help, and he’s good at it. I was assigned MMG through a warranty claim and I’m grateful to have been introduced to the company and to Richard through it, whom I will call on if I ever need any work done and will recommend without reservation.
Very pleased with the HVAC installation. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. New air conditioner and gas furnace installed; very neat and tidy work. I would recommend giving them a call for your HVAC needs.
Montani Mechanical Group replaced our gas furnace over the past winter. I found the price fairly reasonable but the main thing that caught my attention was they have great customer service and showed up when they said they were going to. The installation was pain less and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to others.
