Radiant Windows did a wonderful job replacing a fogged window in my home. From my first phone inquiry to the installation the process was seamless. Everyone was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Radiant Windows.

Shane was professional from start to finish. It was such a great experience especially being a first time window buyer. Thank you everyone for the help and the windows came in sooner than expected which is always a plus when presume any products! I will definitely recommend and buy all my windows from Shane Moore.

Fantastic and easy. Wonderful selection and they made it easy as could be. I was impressed by their communication with us throughout our experience. The office was terrific, the original person who came out to measure and the installer were all friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They were also very reasonably priced! I highly recommend Radiant. I will definitely use them again.

I have used them yearly since 2015 for window cleaning and fogged window replacement. I have always received professional service that is prompt and fairly priced. I can't remember ever having a problem.

We had a great experience with Radiant Windows & Glass. We had them replace 6 windows' worth of glass to eliminate some foggy panes and upgrade the glass for higher energy efficiency and a more modern look (went gridless). The entire experience was very professional and efficient. Each person we interacted with through the process (office staff for booking, the estimator, and the installers) were all very easy to work with and accommodating to our needs (didn't push more scope out of respect to the budget, worked with us on scheduling requests, etc.). It all went exactly as they explained which is all I can ask! Would highly recommend!

Update (3 months later): We so appreciated their work on the first go that we had them back out to replace the rest of the window glass in our house. It was another excellent experience. Edgar did a great job installing them all. Patrick was very attentive to our needs. This company makes sure they do right by you and I truly cannot recommend them more highly.

Shane, Patrick and the entire team have been a delight to work with to install 40+ windows in our Southlake, TX home built in 1999. They provided detailed explanations of the pros and cons of each window option. The quote was clear, concise and competitive! The installation crew were respectful, and worked quickly displaying evident pride in their work. Following the installation, a window washer was dispatched to clean all the windows inside and out. We couldn't be happier with our selection of Radiant Windows for our home! Radiant provided exemplary customer service and focus!

Contacted Radiant thru a referral from another glass company. The 1st company doesnt cut for 2 bedside tables. So Radiant does.

From beginning to end i received great customer service and the turn around time was quick.

I had 3 windows in my door that needed to be replaced. I was referred to Radiant Windows & Glass. I am extremely detailed oriented and they did an amazing job replacing my broken window to match the other windows. They also replaced old fogged glass and caulked around all of my exterior windows. The crew was friendly, professional, on time and texted me in advance to let me know who and when they would be showing up. Big thank you to Shane and Patrick as well for answering all my questions. Very professional company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Andrew and Jared were so thorough and methodical and put everything back. And they were so considerate.

Radiant cares about the service they deliver and it shows. We will be getting our new windows cleaned twice a year now.

We had the glass replaced in all the windows on a house my daughter just bought. The house was built in 1984 and had the original glass. A lot of the seals were broke on the original windows, but the aluminum frames still worked well and are in good shape. Edgar, Senior, Zihri and JR did a terrific job replacing the glass with Low E 366 glass. They also built all new screens for each window. The quality of the work was excellent, they did a great job cleaning the windows after the instillation and cleaning up after themselves. And Edgar is a very good communicator. The price was very good and we were able to get the work done pretty quickly. Highly recommend this company and their installers.

They arrived at the exact time they said, and were very professional. The installers took the care of keeping both the inside of my room and the outside garden clean without stepping all over my plants. The window looks and operates perfectly.

We had three quotes and this was the best price. We were very pleased with the results. We started with one bathroom window that had broken seals but need the whole house done. The heat coming in through that window has significantly been reduced and it is well insulated against the recent cold. There was no heavy sales pressure and they said we can replace a few at a time as we can afford them instead of all at once. The communication was excellent and we were kept informed from order to deliver to installation.
