My roof is incredible!! So beautiful more than I imagined. Ben and Guillermo communicated so well throughout the experience. Ben is the most responsive contractor I've ever dealt with. Will be using them again next year on my siding.

Installers Now is the BeSt! Ben is Amazing to work with!! He listens, he knows what he’s doing, and he follows through with thorough work. I’d trust his team with anything on my house! He brought samples of the door, color swatches, booklets to view the products and talked through everything. His prices were below ALL the other quotes we received and his timeframe for installation was extremely reasonable - immediately after shipping arrival. They removed the old roof, skylight and gutters quickly and efficiently. Installed a new skylight and composite shingle roof, covered the soffits and fascia with aluminum. The second day it started raining just as they began installing the gutters but since it was Friday before a long weekend they stayed and installed the gutters in the rain. That is commitment and excellent customer service. Everything looks great.

What started as 1 custom door quote quickly turned into 3 exterior door updates. Having inherited and experienced the added security of a 3 point Therma-Tru locking system from a past property, the available option here made it an easy upgrade for me (👋 big quality + security fan). I knew the doors were a necessary update to our 123 year old farmhouse but I was very concerned about maintaining the operation and aesthetic of the 100+ year old antique doorbell. Ben assured me he would personally oversee the design and install. He also patiently answered my 1,001 questions and it was a fun fact to learn about his mechanical engineering degree and background. I knew the doorbell and my investment was in good hands with Installers Now after our initial meeting - who knew doors could be so fun! The entire Installers Now team was courteous, professional and SO polite (shoutout Ivan). You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and I am sure we will use Installers Now for all our windows, siding and roofing future projects. I love supporting locally owned and operated businesses and collaborating with a solid group of good humans is a welcome bonus. Installers Now exceeded our expectations when installing a new roof on our home. Everything from responsive customer service, competitive price, and most importantly quality work from installation through cleanup has made this process extremely easy. We recently had work done with new roof, gutters, a couple windows replaced, shutter replacement and a couple window screens replaced. Ben and Guillermo (and team) were communicative, explained in detail what was going to happen, and were efficient. What we truly appreciate is they listened to us and found a couple issues from previous contractor’s poor workmanship. I recently had new windows installed on my duplex and was very pleased with the quality of work and the end result. Not only did they have the most reasonable price but they went above and beyond their original scope of work.

As with any project, there was a slight hiccup along the way, but what stood out to me was how quickly and professionally it was addressed once brought to their attention. They took full responsibility and made it right without hesitation, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service.

When a small piece of siding came off my house in a storm, I received a couple outrageous (and rude) quotes to fix it. Then I found Atlas. Jeff was courteous and prompt, coming to fix the siding within a day of chatting on the phone. The price seemed a little high for such a small fix, but I appreciated the professionalism and speed.

I was extremely pleased with the work and service I received from Atlas Window & Siding Co. From the outset I was impressed. The owner himself came to my home. After I described what I needed he gave me a very thorough itemized list of my expenses.
The quality and workmanship is top notch! Windows and gutters are amazing!! I am very satisfied with the product and service I received. I highly recommend this company on price and more importantly professionalism.

We used this company to install our siding and gutters. Jeff (owner) came to our home took the time to walk around the house and listened to our concerns, answered all our questions and gave us a detailed estimate. He was very professional and personable. Jeff came to the site through out the installation to make sure everything was in order and done in a timely manner. He also, pitched in to help when needed. The crew that installed the siding was also very polite and friendly and kept the site clean during and after the installation of the siding/gutters. We are very pleased with the service we received and will recommend Atlas Window and Siding Co., to family, friends and neighbors.

I had an exterior door and exterior french doors replaced. I was pleasantly surprised by Mr. Wright and his crew. I will be calling them for future jobs.

Atlas completed an exterior renovation of my home with new siding, windows, and entry door. Communication and was great from start to finish and each phase of work was consistently excellent. I’m super happy with results and I can definitely recommend.

Nick and Eldon installed several windows for us using a boom lift. They did a great job and had a professional demeanor. I look forward to working with this company again.

Reflections lives up to its Core Values. In our window repair project they solved a supplier product issue, came back multiple times at their expense and kept us informed of every aspect and timing of their solution. Excellent work and every Reflections person that we interacted with was first class.

Really nice job cleaning windows and screens. Only negative was the later than scheduled start and communication that there was a delay.

We had an exceptionally poor experience that took over a year to resolve. We had incorrectly ordered windows, damaged windows and doors, went out of our way to help the company and in the end were treated very poorly. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My personal year long experience is outlined below.

02.17.2024 – signed agreement with Reflections for 24 windows and 2 doors to be installed.

Week of 05.13.2024– Windows arrived to Reflections. Installation date sent - May 27th.

Week of 05.20.2024 – Installation date moved to June 10th - June 13th.

06.11.2024– Installers arrive with 4 wrong sized windows,1 wrong window and 20 dented window sashes. Installers ask to cut larger windows in home to cover their mistake and save themselves money. As a favor to installers, home owners agree. Installers go ahead with installing all dented and damaged windows claiming it's not their responsibility to install quality products. Additionally, damage to both Milgard doors was communicated and Milgard warranty request was made for screen damage, scratched glass and scratched vinyl finish.

Week of 06.17.2024– Given poor quality of windows and doors, installers arrange for the manufacturer (Pella) to come to the house to evaluate and order replacements for damaged windows. After multiple appts with Pella, 20 damaged window sashes are ordered. Reflections communicated that the awning window was ordered in addition to window sash replacements.

Week of 08.12.2024 – Replacement window sashes arrive, ~5 of the 20 are once again damaged. New windows are ordered. Initial installation of awning window. Awning window sash was damaged and the screen did not fit the window frame. New screen and sash are ordered.

Week of 10.15.2024 - Additional Pella appointment to replace damaged sashes. 1/5 sashes were damaged but replaced. Large awning sash replacement not ordered.

02.26.2025 - replacement windows (awning and final casement sash) arrive and are not installed due to sash damage on both replacements, new screen that fits awning was not ordered and was missing.

04.15.2025 – Final Pella window arrives and is installed.

Total time from order to final installation 423 days.
