Needed my refrigerator looked at. Called and left a detailed message on Monday and today is Thursday with still not a call back. I understand if you are busy with other repairs. You could always change your message that you are not taking new repairs at this time or call the people back. I went with another company that answered their phone and were able to assist. There are lot better places who care about customer service and to get appliances looked at and this is NOT one of them. When you read this review, make sure you move on to the next company so you will not be disappointed.

When our dryer broke down we checked reviews and called J.D. He was on time and professional - no nonsense. He explained why our dryer was a good one even at 10 years and it would give us many more years if he made the necessary repairs. We agreed and he showed us all the necessary steps of the repair. It now runs better and quieter than new. Very happy. Glad we kept it.

Our 4 year old GE Refrigerator stopped working. Most repair shops I called were booking out more than a month. When I left a message at J and D, Jim called me back within a couple of hours. When I described the issues we were having, he seemed to know right away what the problem was. He took the model number and checked for the parts needed, before even coming out to our house, given his experience with this particular refrigerator. He was able to schedule the repair within 2 - 3 days of my call. Zack, the technician arrived on time. He was courteous and quickly determined it was just one part that was bad, not two. I appreciated the honesty. He had our appliance up and running in 30 minutes. We live in the country. The service charge was reasonable. Jim and Zack were kind, competent and they were able to respond more quickly than any of the other places I had called. I will use them again without hesitation.
