Absolutely horrible!! Deserves a 0 rating. Insurance recommends Earls because they are incompetent and cheap!! They installed a new furnace which now makes a clunk noise in one vent in dining room which never was there before. Called and explained situation and Nothing has been resolved nor even communication on anything. They are ignoring us now....
They looked at gas Fireplace and tried 3 times to fix it, charged us $500 dollars and Nothing was fixed!! Outcome was after 3 trips back to shop they couldn't do it!! AND they stained the carpet with log inserts and Fireplace parts!!!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! if my home insurance ever recommends them again i will not call them!!
Sorry this is so bad but we don't want anybody else to have this experience -

We have used Earl’s twice through our home warranty company.
The issues were fixed promptly.

I used Earl’s because of the home warranty I got when I purchased the house. After reading the reviews I wasn’t too thrilled, but I kept and open mind! They gave me an arrival Time of 11-3, I wasn’t happy about the 4hour window. However, they showed up a little after 11! After about 20 minutes, he said he would have the air conditioning up and run in no time! Well I was able to turn it on and he was gone just after 12! Needless to say don’t believe everything you read. Yes, there are some bad cases, but I received great service!!
