Recently after a snow fall I contacted K&B for an estimate on clearing our business parking lot / sidewalks. Within less than an hour, I had an estimate & prices were very reasonable. Have them the “go ahead” and they followed my instructions as to where they should put the snow. The lot was cleared in a timely manner - cannot thank Lori, Tim & Chris enough for treating us like we were their only customer! Will definitely use their services again - job done right the first time!! Doesn’t get any better than this!
We called several lawn care places before a neighbor told us about these guys (they care for several neighbors lawns and they are beautiful). None of those places answered or bothered to call us back. K&B answered their phones, and sent someone the next day for estimates. We weren't home when they came so they left the estimates on our porch. We called them after looking it over (everything we wanted was reasonably priced) and they came out the next week to start. Our lawn looked better immediately, which we had every weed and very lumpy yard as it's been unoccupied for 3+ years. They called today to follow up and schedule our next appointment. Very satisfied so far. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
Had to call K&B twice in one month for storm damage this year. First time I had a 50 foot Poplar tree come down and crush a tree in my neighbor's yard. At the same time, I had them fell two more 50 foot Poplars that were dying, unstable, and a danger to my house, as well as do general clean up of fallen limbs on my property. Price was fair, service was excellent, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule as I work nights. They even managed to do minimal damage to my lawn. Far less damage than I was expecting. I was incredibly pleased with the entire interaction. Less than a week after they removed the trees that were a danger to my house, we had the really dangerous storm. That storm cut a tree in half in my front yard and took an entire trunk off one of my Willow trees. My yard was absolutely full of wreckage. They came back out promptly, again being accommodating of my schedule, and quoted me just two hours of work for a flat storm clean up rate of $375 an hour. They not only removed all the wreckage, but took both of my overflowing wood piles at my request. Then the bill came. It was almost $100 LESS than they had quoted me. I can not stress enough how excellent this local company is. They will always be my first and only call for landscaping concerns in the future.
We had K& B Tree Service remove three large trees on our property. They were professional, returned calls promptly and offered a fair price. They Informed me of the what the process would look like, what type of heavy equipment would be used and so on. They repaired the lawn when completed and did a great job on tree clean-up. Highly recommended!
We could not be happier with the end result of hiring K&B to remove 3 trees for us. The team was affordable, quick, safe, and professional the entire time. Removed my trees while it was snowing (early spring) and was even courteous enough to take care of a small brush pile we had put next to the road, which I greatly appreciated. By the time clean up came to an end they had already informed me they weren't pleased they left tread marks in my yard (something they couldn't really control since it was snowy and wet) and would be back to make it right - and they did (without me following up about it)! They rolled and filled in the treads with new soil and grass seed after the snow was gone and the ground dried up. Great communication and came when they said they would. Excellent job K&B we are super pleased customers! Thank you!
Tim and the K&B team were a pleasure to work with from planning through execution. We had a new paver patio with retaining wall and landscaping installed, plus extensive hedge removal. All the work was done timely and professionally. I look forward to being a return customer for more projects.
