Greg started this project with knowledge and patience getting me up to speed so I would be happy with my decisions.Matt, Joe and Tom were here at sunrise and were here most of the day. They were friendly and respectful and did a great job. Goodbye clawfoot tub hello shower. I love the end results.

Representative (Chris) was great spending time going over possibilities and listening to our needs. The installer (Tom) was thorough spending many hours. He gave us updates and even saved our grab bar for our future use elsewhere.

Excellent from start to finish. We were guided by our sales rep Jeff Nelson (not pushy at all). When we decided we were quoted a price, and scheduled the install. Our plumber arrived on time and completed his part of the remodel and the next day our installers Mike Horner and Matt Amborn arrived on time and got set up to give our our new beautiful Bathfitter bathroom. Everything was complete before the sun went down. No mess, no stress! I would highly recommend this crew along with the plumbers Joe and Ryan. Thank you!

I am so pleased with my tub to shower makeover. Jacob came in and did an excellent job! He cleaned up really well. He was a very pleasant young man and clearly knows how to do his job! Thank you Bath Fitter and team! I love my new beautiful shower!!

The entire process was super simple. The people we dealt with were extremely friendly, understanding, accommodating. Steve was our sales consultant. He was amazing. He was easy to get a hold of and explained everything in detail. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in a short amount of time. Tom did our install, and the finished product looks AMAZING. We have 0 complaints, are extremely happy, and would 100% recommend Bath Fitter! I can't say thank you enough. This was truly a great experience.
