If you want a honest company that will not try to overcharge for unnecessary work, I highly recommend! We talked through our mold remediation with Bill and he called back promptly, provided us a lot of information, and gave us peace of mind. If we have any future needs, we will absolutely be using this company and recommending to others.

Bill came over to inspect my basement for mold and mildew that was suspected based on the water levels from the 12-15 inches of rain we got in Germantown back in August. He was very thorough and knowledgeable while discussing different options for me. I felt know pressure as Bill was extremely patient in explaining his findings. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely be contacting him for services and his expertise.

Fabulous company. They did a great job with removing all our mold. The workers were very informative and kept us updated. A shout out to Nolan. They were here when they said they would be here and took all the drywall and everything out of the basement to dispose of. It was a high job. Thank you very much. Our condo closing was coming up fast, as were the holidays. Although it wasn't the most convenient for AdvantaClean, Bill got a tech to take care of the surface mold in our attic FAST so our buyers could move in without concern. And sent us the paid invoice and lien waiver shortly after the work was completed. THANK YOU BILL!

They arrived on time for the appointment, worked carefully and efficiently, and answered all our questions. Then, as promised, they sent the detailed report of the analysis in two days to relieve our concerns. Very satisfactory service!

I would definitely recommend AdvantaClean if you’re in need of home restoration. I called and got scheduled for an inspection right away. Everyone I encountered from scheduling to project completion gave exceptional service. It’s rare to find a business with such a great team that provides professional service with fair pricing. I can’t say one bad thing about AdvantaClean. I give them an A+ rating.

My confidence in AdvantaClean began with meeting Bill. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions how AdvantaClean would clean that part of my basement area affected with mold from the heavy August 2025 rain. The crew, Tray plus three men, were on time this week and worked well together as they cleaned as Bill recommended. Today was the final step which was to clean the ducts. I feel completely comfortable that I live in my home with no mold worries. AdvantaClean of Badgerland definitely is a Five Star Company!

I was excited to have AdvantaClean come clean my ducts after reading their reviews and being a NADCA Certified air ducts cleaner. Unfortunately it was disappointing to see the amount of dust and debris that was pushed out once I turned on my AC after the cleaning. I had to remove the vent to allow the debris to clear out. Smaller dust and dead bugs were on my kids clothes and toys in their bedroom. They also left their equipment (I called and asked if they would like to come pick it up, no one has contacted me back), screws were left on the floor, they broke the ceiling tile, and hand prints were left on the walls. Air filter was not reinstalled back in the correct position. At one point there was a cloud of dust in my living room while the cleaning was in process. I understand that there can be some dust during the process, but that was a concerning amount in our family's living space. There was also a layer of dust on my office desk and laptop. After being asked to be ready for the crew to arrive at 8AM, the cleaning crew called to let me know that they would be 1 hour late but then they arrived over 1.5 hours later. A few days later they texted me asking for payment before realizing that I had already paid them because the cleaner forgot to hand my payment over. I wish I could have recommended them to my neighbors that had been impacted by the recent flood. In my opinion is not worth hiring this company to help clean and improve air quality for your family if they leave the house to you with more exposure from what was in your ducts.

I live alone so normally I don't want strangers all over my house especially during covid but Nick and his crew were very polite and professional.The prices were fair considering the quality of the work and employees. Trust is a huge factor when hiring in home cleaners and they've definitely earned my trust along with future business.

I’ve communicated with Nick(owner) @ Milwuakee Area Stone Professionals multiple times to get an estimate for my stone floor. We had set an appointment but he never showed up or called to cancel. Very unreliable and disappointing! I do not recommend.

I WILL GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS FOR A REVIEW. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO. I spent a lot of time talking on the phone with Nick the owner. I set up an appointment with him. He no showed and did not call. I called the office and asked the office person to call me back regardless by noon and she never called back. I never received a follow up phone call. Then when another service came to my house I found out that the owner Nick gave horrible inaccurate about my granite installation issue. He said it would cost $20-30,000 to fix when it turned out my granite only needed at most $200 to fix by another service. BOTH THE OWNER AND HIS STAFF ARE HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY GIVE INACCURATE INFORMATION ON GRANITE.

DO NOT USE! Milwaukee Area Carpet Cleaning/Milwaukee Area Stone Professionals - Owner Nick Bokas. I recently contracted Nick to come out and remove and install new grout around my shower and glass block window. I am very disappointed with my interactions/experience with MACC and Nick the owner. He took my deposit and never showed up for the scheduled services. I have sent a letter to request a refund and have not heard a response to resolve the issue.

In contrast to other reviews, I received great service from the owner, Nick. He was quick to respond to my inquiry to eliminate minor lippage on a mosaic marble floor and provide me with an estimate for the work. The work was performed timely and according to the standard I requested. I would not hesitate to use Milwaukee Area Stone Professionals again for any natural stone refinishing.

Nick was quick to respond and provided a fair estimate for a job several contractors refused to take on. We needed our stone shower re-grouted, re-sealed, and polished, with a damaged soap dish replaced. Additionally, we approved a repair for a chip in our kitchen countertop. Nick offered to clean our stairwell carpet for free as part of the services. I paid a 50% deposit to secure the dates.

On the first day, the team arrived late and unexpectedly brought a toddler to our small condo. They left, returning hours later, completing minimal work and leaving silicone debris on the floor. A team member chipped off part of the soap dish, saying they’d bring replacement options the next day.

On the second day, after I expressed concerns, Nick assured us everything would be completed. He worked a long day but later said additional materials were needed and requested more payment, which I reluctantly provided. By Sunday, Nick delayed further, claiming the work required a dehumidifier, which he didn’t bring. He promised to return Tuesday.

On Tuesday, after several attempts to reach him, Nick arrived late. Some work was completed, but the soap dish remained broken. After the grout dried, I discovered the shower door was misaligned, causing leaks. Nick stopped responding to messages, leaving the job incomplete.

In summary, the work was unfinished, the shower door was damaged, communication was poor, and the process was unprofessional.

If there was an option to give zero stars, we would have. Nick appears to know what he is talking about and gives assurance that the job will be done correctly and on time.

Nick showed up late, and didn’t finish the job (restoring our granite countertops, which have some lightly faded spots). He clearly explained to my husband that one area of the kitchen was done but the others still needed to be worked on, sealed and polished. After showing up to finish, he told my husband he couldn’t fix the issues and would only charge us for the sealing and polishing. After payment and Nick leaving we noticed that the tops that were supposedly polished had streaks, coffee grounds and drip marks all over. The tops had never been sealed or polished but the money was still taken.

We have tried to get ahold of Nick several times by phone and text (with pictures) and have not received any responses.

Our hope now is that we save someone else the trouble and hassle that goes with hiring this company and now we have to hire another company to fix the now scratched countertops.

This company is NOT recommended!

The Hucke Exteriors / Client relationship right from the start was a good one. Nick and Michelle added a personal touch and they were kind and straight forward and honest with helpful information. My Siding came in early, which was an extra bonus ! They made my home shine. The Siding Installers are very hard workers, and they did an AMAZING job of cleaning up afterwards. Michelle texted me throughout the whole process and also checked with me as soon as the job was done, to make sure that it was to my satisfaction.
