Allen Kitchen and Bath caused me so many delays and extra surprise costs. Laree is a nice lady, but boy is she scattered, unorganized and forgetful. The first thing she said to me and my husband was "Do you want to buy a business?" I think she has one foot out the door and it shows when you are relying on them to have the details covered. It was not until the time of install (and once they had my downpayment) that all these extra costs and details were missed. BTW, I also went to Granite Direct, Wales, WI to have another top done and it was the easiest process ever (unlike Allen Kitchen). The kicker was when THEY make a mistake, Laree gave me a quote to fix it (which they expected me to pay). Save the pain and frustration and go elsewhere!

So pleased from the very beginning to the end with Deanna from Allen Kitchen and Bath. She must've provided me with 25-30 different designs; I just couldn't make up my mind! She was so patient and understanding with me but what stood out was that Deanna did not waiver with any of my initial choices. She gave firm, solid suggestions and so many options! I was like a kid in a candy store. When all of my custom choices began to become too pricey Deanna made recommendations on how we could save money and keep me afloat in the project. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. Understand that my bathroom was the most awful space! Crazy walls and weird closets-so cramped, dated, ugly and gross. It is now a fun, warming, open space with a great color scheme that I love. I can't believe the transition from what I had in July to what I am enjoying now. Deanna put together an incredible design and great teams to get the work done right, all in the middle of this crazy pandemic. I cant speak highly enough of her and her brilliant work. Deanna from Allen Kitchen and Bath-a real superstar!

They accidentally cut our phone lines 2 months ago (& was off for 3 days). Today they accidentally cut the water line (& was off for 3 hours). I wasn't the one who hired them (to do driveway/parking lot stuff) but I definitely suffered the consequence of the inadequate labor they hired. Please do not hire the cheapest labor possible to do important jobs that affect hundreds if not thousands of people.

Cornerstone is a great company to work with, from the Foremen to the Project managers. We as a company have used them for most of our plumbing work and all of our larger plumbing projects. They are always very responsive and quick to mobilize to get the project going. Dennis, Kyle, Billy, and crew were amazing on my last project and did a great job. I would recommend Cornerstone One to anyone in need of plumbing work.

They came to my house on a Sunday morning, we had water coming up our basement drain.They said we had roots in main drain from house to street so they cleaned them out. Were here for an hour charged me for 3 hours and 2 weeks later had to call them back with same issue. They said they do not warranty root clean outs but would come back because I complained about the cost of the initial visit (which was over $700). Same guy came back and did same thing in a half hour and said we don't have a root issue, something else is wrong. You need a guy to go in with a camera and see what's going on. So we hired another company to come in with a camera and he found ROOTS!! 90% blockage in multiple spots that Cornerstone said was not the problem. The company with the camera cleaned out roots ran camera back down and showed it to us and also gave as a copy of the before and after video. They also warranty it for a year. Called & complained to the owner of Cornerstone & he refused to reimburse me anything saying "We did our job" and take me to court if you have a problem. If doing your job is charging over $700 to remove roots and then saying you don't have a root issue then they need to find a different line of work. WOULD NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY BURNING A HOLE IN YOUR POCKET AND LIKE THROWING IT AWAY.
