We had a great experience with Bath Fitter! Tony, our sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as cordial and friendly. Our installer, Jacob, was awesome - he worked nonstop basically and finished our bathtub area in one day; he also was friendly and completed this project flawlessly. It looks beautiful!

Very professional job of removing the old tub and tiles and installing a walk in shower. Both men were obviously skilled at what they were doing and hard workers. It was a long day and they stayed professional, asked for our input, and cleaned up very thoroughly at the end. I would highly recommend them

Everyone from the Jeff who came out to give me a quote to Matt & Jimmy the installers were great. The worked with my budget to remove an old shower and replace it with a beautiful new handicapped safe shower in less than 8 hours. I highly recommend that you call Bathfitters if you are looking for a reasonably priced upgrade!

We had bathtub installed with new shower and complete tub surround . The work was completed in one day by Joe the plumber and Cyrus the major installer . Cyrus did an excellent job , the completed project is beautiful . He explained each step as he went along . He is a very polite young man who apparently takes pride in his work as it shows . We already are telling our family and friends of our remodel. Thank you Bathfitter .

I'm apprehensive with contractors, for good reason.

Bath fitter, from sales to plumbing to installation were nothing short of great. Respectful of our home, patient, great work and this - the installer, Matt from Oconomowoc - had some complications with our tub (this old house) and literally stayed until 9pm, on a Friday evening, when I'm sure he had other plans, to finish the job and still have time to explain everything. Good old fashioned Service! Hire them!

Bath Fitter removed our 20 year old jacuzzi tub and a small soffit and replaced it with a walk in shower that is fabulous. We are so excited that we finally got this done. Steve was an excellent consultant and Jimmy and Chris did the install in one day. Clean up and final touches were beyond our expectations. Thank you so much. Husband is having surgery and this will make showering a lot easier.

I had a tub to "handicap" shower conversion put in for my 90 year old Dad. Bathfitters did a great job. We are happy with everything - from demolition to some plumbing we had to have done in Dad's (very) old house to the install itself. Everything was done efficiently and cleaned up afterward. Warren and Ray were great. I was out of town and busy at work and didn't get to see them face-to-face much. They had to utilize Dad's in-home caretaker, but they kept me up-to-date the entire way via calls or texts. I really appreciated it. Thank you for making it so smooth.

Cyrus and Matt did my install. I was so impressed with the whole process. Cyrus was able to remove a cast iron tub around tile with no damage to the tile. I had one word when they were done. WOW! They were just amazing with the whole project from start to finish. I highly recommend Bath Fitter and Cyrus and Matt.

The installation tech, Tom, did an amazing job. He explained the process as he was going along, cleaned up well after himself, and took a good amount of time to explain the cleaning process and warranty after he was done.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cost effective and efficient shower/tub remodel.

Thank you, Jimmy! The four stars is because I didn’t appreciate the sales rep telling me I needed to make an immediate decision or the estimate wouldn’t stand. I don’t make decisions that way. Fortunately, I had decided I was going to use this company before I even called them. Even so, I didn’t appreciate the “strong arming”. Overall, a great experience and product.

I had a Neoangle walk-in shower replaced in March 2025. I had a good experience working with the salesman Greg, and the installer Jimmy did excellent work. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get it done, and it is a major improvement over what I had before. Would recommend!

Just had Bath Fitter install a new complete shower for my father in law. The gentleman who came to the house was Jimmy. He was excellent!! I can not believe how well the install went and the shower is beautiful!! Jimmy arrived promptly, took extreme care with the entire process, explained every detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. There was a small mishap with the shower seat and he went above and beyond and had someone bring the correct one to the house while he was installing everything. He even cleaned everything up both inside and outside. It’s like he wasn’t even there! Most places don’t take that kind of care in what they do or how they represent their company. I am extremely satisfied and extremely happy with the end result! Thank you Jimmy and Thank you Bath Fitter!
