We found our older radon mitigation system wasn't working well. Lifetime came in, did some testing and gave us options. They replaced the fan and found and fixed an issue where the pipe goes into the ground.

Dan has handled all of our electrical installations for hot tub hook ups for my customers at work. He has been great with communication, punctuality, and customer service. Everyone seems to love Dan who has used him. He has fair pricing and quality workmanship.

I also used them recently to replace a hot water heater in my house. I dealt with Chuck for this install. He was very courteous from sharing his eta, to answering questions, to even wearing booties in my house to not track in excess dirt and salt. Very professional and informative.

My installer, Luke Russell, was extremely knowledgeable, very skilled, and answered all of my questions about the installation process. Luke's skill and the kindness in which he answered all of my questions was impressive. My salesperson, (Ashley) and Luke's assistant (Nathan) also did a fine job. Everything from initial testing and explanation of how a mitigation system would work though the installation was executed flawlessly by their staff. Mike, a territory manager, was our initial contact person and performed in-home radon testing as well as contracting. He explained everything patiently and allowed us to make the decision to install the system in our own time without typical sales pressure. When installation day arrived, Edgar serviced as our technician and Dan as the electrician. They were both friendly and competent and were very willing to answer questions throughout the process.
