Mccoy just finished a job at my mother in laws house. Week-long project involving exterior excavation, waterproofing, new drain tile. Interior involved trenching along entire basement walls, new drain tile, weep holes, support beams along 2 walls. Checked it out on a daily basis, was pleased the entire time with their attention to detail. From initial prep to cleanup, and stopping back again to touch up some backfill, Brad and Pablo and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job

From Robert-Project Manager, Mark, Brad and his crew they answered all our questions and were very personable (like family). Never thought I'd use ,McCoy thinkin they would be too expensive but when we had some foundation cracking I called McCoy for an estimate. The estimate was alot less than I anticipated ($5300). This was to repair and brace up one wall the full length of our house.
The work was done on time, we were always told what was going on and what was to happen next, the finished work was terrific and there was a nice clean up. Very efficient and pleasant workers.
So I'm recommending McCoy Contracting without reservation.

My basement was in bad shape; bowed, seriously cracked walls and external and interior drain tile systems inoperative. It was a major rain storm away from collapsing. I hired McCoy Contractors. My basement now. is a showcase for reconstruction excellence. Each time I go down to the basement I do a walk through marveling at the high quality workmanship that foreman Al and his crew put into this basement. Prior to work starting, I met with analyst Bob who explained the work to be performed and cost. He drew up the contract. I then met with project manager Mark who explained the construction process and what I need to do with all the stuff I had in the basement to give them ample room to do the work. All McCoy employees I made contact with, including the office staff. were courteous and friendly. It was a great experience for me. I highly recommend McCoy Contractors to do your foundation work.

From the first phone call to get Bob out to our house to look at the project to the completion of the project under Jeremy’s supervision they were very thorough and kept us well-informed from start to finish. We scheduled an appointment and Bob Donovan came to the house. He was very concise in his explanations and answered our questions in a way that we understood. Within two weeks the McCoy crew started work on the west wall of our basement. Mark, Jeremy and Johnny are professional people to the nth degree. They laid 4 x 8 sheets of plywood on the lawn to prevent damage from the use of a front loader and back hoe. The highly efficient crew had the exterior wall excavated to the footings in less than a day. The entire process took three and one half days.
Have been reading that some people do not care for the steel beams vertically installed on the inside wall. I look at it this way, every time I go into the basement the feeling of extra protection is gratifying and a plus if we ever sell our house.
Before Mark and his crew left the property, he had all the paperwork for us including a "Waiver Of Lien."

McCoy completed a major project for us recently, replacing basement perimeter drain tiles and adding steel reinforcements to exterior walls. We were impressed with this company from start to finish! They were prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. They took extreme care to make sure that our property was not damaged and the job site was properly cleaned. The staff - from front office to on-site personnel- were always courteous, helpful and hard-working. We’ve used McCoy often over the years and you should, too! You won’t be disappointed.

McCoy just finished adding drain tile around my crawl space 3 walls. They went above and beyond when figuring out the best plan to work around what landscaping they could. Communication was great. Job was on time. All workers were friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the job. I would hire again, fingers crossed that I don't need to hire any foundation help again though.

McCoy Contractors just completed work on our basement and we are extremely pleased with the work they did. Bob Donovan explained what needed to be done and offered to come back and explain further when I had questions. Al and all the crew were excellent. They laid down wood to protect the lawn, and coverings to protect the inside of the house. Al kept me updated on the progress and explained the problems that came up with my quirky old house. They left the basement cleaner than when they started, cleaned up the stairs etc, and even the outside was all cleaned up and my shrub replanted. The crew were all pleasant, friendly and very hard working. Really impressed with the job done and with all the employees.

We've used McCoy's 20 years ago to repair our basement foundation. We were more than pleased back then.

So when we needed a similar repair, we didn't think twice about calling them. We didn't even get other estimates. The estimator came out immediately and explained why we were having an issue and how they would repair it. He gave me an estimate immediately. The price was fair.

McCoy's was able to schedule around our hectic life. Each day the crew showed up on time. They were very respectful to my husband and me. They explained which bushes they would need to be removed. They replaced the bushes before they left.

The crew encountered some unexpected issues, but we were not charged extra. The supervisor explained what they would be doing each day. At the end, he showed us what they did and was available to answer any questions. They cleaned up outside and inside before they left.

At our age, we don't want to deal with unprofessional contractors. We were completely satisfied. We can highly recommend McCoy's.

8-10-25..We had McCoy waterproof our basement 25 years ago when we first moved into our house that was built in 1926. This morning after the all nite rain that dumped 4-6 inches on the MKE area I went down to the basement and looked and said "God bless McCoy!" after finding it completely dry!

My basement had some water in two corners when it rained hard and had some movement in those walls as well. McCoy did what a previous contractor should have done eight years ago. The job was explained to me well helping me to understand what was wrong and why as well as how it would get fixed so that it would no longer be a problem. I appreciate an honest contractor who starts the job when expected and cleans up when finished. I would definitely recommend McCoy Contractors!

We noticed a crack forming between some of the concrete blocks on one wall of our basement and thought it would be wise to hire someone to repair this before it got worse. As many people do we spoke to neighbors who we knew had this kind of work done. Then we remembered more than 30-years ago we had McCoy Contractors repair a different wall for us and gave them a call. We immediately felt confident when one of their Estimators reviewed our situation and helped us understand what we were dealing with, and that we "caught-it" at an early stage of concern.
A proposal was presented to us. One of the key points in the proposal was that because this wall was in a section of our basement that had been remodeled for my business office and an exercise room, several other contractors would be involved (an Engineer, dry wall, plumbing, and heating) and the McCoy Project Manager would coordinate them so we had a complete team of experts to complete the project.
I happy report we are Totally Happy with the results of the project.
The McCoy team members were impressive in the way they kept us informed each step of the way as well their workmanship.
