I didn’t end up needing McCoy Contractors, but I want to take the time to give them 5 ⭐️’s for customer service. They responded quickly to my inquiry. I contacted them with incredible concern regarding a new and sudden sinkhole near the foundation of my home. They reassured my foundation is normal and even directed me to contact a landscaping company to have the sinkhole addressed properly. I appreciate the guidance and their integrity!

My wife and I are glad we called McCoy. The process, starting with Bob's estimate, through the work headed by Mark and Bradd, is first rate. Our wall had significant deflection and the outside drain tiles needed replacing. The attached photos show the progress from the day they arrived, through the trenching to the installation of the beams on two walls of our basement. Importantly, the crew was comprised of true professionals, guys who took their work seriously, were efficient, knowledgeable and respectful to my wife and myself. We wholeheartedly recommend McCoy's work and are glad we chose them. Yes, the price was fair!

I have 2 underground old cement rooms attached to my home. The constant leaking into the basement had worn away part of the shared basement wall and wooden stairway and caused mold to grow on the interior wall of one of the rooms. McCoy spent 3 days resolving these problems. I can't say enough about how efficient and meticulous their work is. Their team work from start to finish was amazing. The price was very fair for the high quality work that was done. I would highly recommend McCoy and will contact them for concrete work that is needed in the future. You get what you pay for and I could not be more pleased.

Lifetime Home Services was a lifesaver! My furnace went out in the middle of the night and we woke up to a freezing cold house the morning after Thanksgiving. I reached out and they were at my house in just over an hour. They got my furnace working without replacing it. I mentioned that my gas fireplace had stopped working and the tech fixed that too! Can’t thank them enough!

We had our Water Heater unexpectedly go out late on Christmas Eve. Lifetime was in the process of obtaining and replacing our Furnace but when we contacted them, they quickly got a replacement Water Heater and it was installed the day after Christmas. Chuck replaced the Water Heater and was so friendly and efficient. The next day Wes came and put in the new Furnace and was equally professional and friendly. They both left everything spotless when they were done. Can't say enough about how easy the company was to work with and how thankful we are that they got this all in so quickly with the holidays.

Because of a high radon level, one week ago Lifetime Home Services installed a radon abatement system in my town of Delafield home. They performed very well: Clear and honest evaluation with a set price, on time arrival, knowledgeable technicians and excellent clean up. I had two follow up concerns which they addressed each time, within the next day, and resolved them to my satisfaction very well. Dealing with them on the phone and on site was a pleasure; I definitely recommend them. Actually, if the system would permit, I'd give them more than five stars. One very satisfied customer! One of their electricians, Dan, was dispatched to replace electrical outlets & switches at my sister in-laws mobile home on two separate occasions.
