Both the account manager Steve and the installer Tom went above and beyond our expectations. Very smooth process from start to finish. The end results were amazing! Would definitely recommend you guys to anyone looking to get their bathtub/shower redone.

We had a bath fitter unit installed 8+ years ago. Today they came to replace the silicone and I mentioned a constant drip in the faucet which a plumber had advised needed to be replaced at the cost of almost $1000. Cyrus from bath fitters looked at it and although the screw in the cartridge was completely stripped he was able to fix it FREE due to the warranty this company offers. He went above and beyond our expectations and now we have a tub that looks brand new and a faucet that doesn’t drip. Thank you Cyrus for your great problem solving! Highly recommend this Brookfield location.

After seeing their ad on TV, I decided to go up and see the showroom. After arriving the first shower closest to the door caught my eye. It was pretty much what I was searching for to replace my 70's tub. Steve in sales was very helpful & knowledgeable about the wall system and all the accessories. Can't say enough about Mike the installer. He did a superb job assembling everything together. He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and precise with the details. Bath Fitter is a very good company. They employ talented people, use quality materials and parts, and provide a lifetime warranty on everything including labor and silicone. My three requirements for hiring a contractor are being in business for a long time, having a brick and mortar building and accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating. Bath Fitter met all three. I love my new shower meets all my expectations. I am completely satisfied and pleased. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter for your tub and shower remodeling.

Everyone we dealt with from Bath Fitter was very helpful. The installer was great and the tub/shower looks excellent! I can't speak to performance yet since we haven't used it but we are very satisfied so far.

We just completed a tub-to-shower Bath Fitters conversion, and couldn't be happier. He took the time at our in-home estimate to explain everything thoroughly, help us figure out the best installation plan, and walk us through our options. He kindly waited for us to complete other bath remodeling research and he was right, we came back and chose Bath Fitter! The installation process was seamless. Greg was professional, friendly, and did great work! We couldn’t be more happy with the results and highly recommend Bath Fitter.

Cyrus was a one man team, but he did a GREAT JOB! We are in love with our new bathtub/shower. Cyrus showed up on time, was very polite and respectful and kind to our 4 year old who was just fascinated with his work. 😂 The whole bathfitter team we worked with was great - starting with Steve as our sales guy who made the process so easy and exciting to design our own bathtub right in the comfort of our own home. He also sent a Christmas card, nice touch! And left little rubber duckies for our son ❤️ Adrian & Suzanne in the office were very responsive and great communicators. Joe the plumber was also great and very knowledgeable! All around great experience, would definitely recommend!

Our tiled shower was in need of repair and after many attempts of trying to find a tiler, I received a flyer from Bath Fitter and thought to contact them. I filled out a form online and someone contacted me that same day. I called to set an appointment and they were able to get someone in the next day. William came the following day and explained all the details, gave me quotes and set up an install. Between that and install I contacted William about multiple questions and he was responsive within hours. The installer was very good, efficient and kind. When I asked for something else to be done after the initial install, they were able to get someone in quickly who was a different worker but equally as efficient, kind and helpful. This is by far the best customer service, quality workmanship and timely business I have ever worked with. I would recommend them tenfold!!

I had my old one piece tub and surround replaced with a walk in shower. The work was done beautifully with 1 afternoon of plumbing prep and 1 full day of installing the new shower. This was not the easiest of jobs as I had tiled walls to deal with and a cement floor base. Cyrus worked close to 12 hours and did a wonderful job. He would not leave until it was finished. I love the new look. The entire bathroom seems brighter and more modern.

Every person we dealt with provided excellent customer service. They were friendly and professional giving us good information. All our questions were able to be answered and great, practical suggestions were shared with no pressure .Steve our salesperson came into our home with great information and easy to use technology to show us samples and a wide variety of options. Suzanne our contact person at the office was super friendly and helpful. Joe the plumber did an amazing job while being incredibly efficient. He left the shower useable for the night before and morning of the install, which was greatly appreciated. And Mike Horner our installer worked so very hard making this huge project look easy. We still can't get over how one person can do all he did to complete this project in less than 8, hours. All of this team that worked in our home cared for it and us going above and beyond to respect our floors, walls, home, people and pet. Everyone was great. We are glad we chose Bath Fitter and highly recommend them and their products.

Just a great place. My recommendation is to go to storefront in Brookfield. I was tepid at best, but I was thrilled when I went to see what I wanted. The staff was patient and kind with me & my choices. I am terrible with names, but I will edit when I get them.
Definitely use them & go look at the products.

From the initial consultation with Greg Jenkins, to the install by Jimmy, and the final caulking by Cyrus, this entire process was quick, easy, and painless. Our tired, old bathroom was in dire need of a redo, and Bath Fitter made it happen! We are enjoying our new shower, and the entire rest of the remodel. I love my tub to shower conversion! It made me feel much safer than stepping into a high tub, and removing the tub gave me much more room with the shower conversion! Greg G. was professional, on time, and spent all day doing the work. Afterwards, he cleaned up and explained everything he did, and what I had to know. I only needed to wait 24 hours before using it, and it's perfect. The whole process was seamless,with the plumbing being set up the day before.

I was also very impressed with salesman Greg and the different payment options, which was a big reason I went with Bath Fitter over anyone else. Using a payment plan to fit my budget was a deciding factor. There were also plenty of options as itvrelated to design choices. I'm a happy customer!

Mike Horner kept us informed on everything he was doing, cleaned everything up so well that you would have never known that that shower was even done. We used Bath Fitters to convert my mom’s tub into a shower to allow her to stay in her home longer instead of going to assisted living. We worked with Tony who helped us through the process and was familiar with what guidelines to assist the elderly. We loved the fact that all permits inspections were coordinated through them along with the warranty. The day of install Mike arrived extra early (as we requested) driving 2 hours to get to us. He was personable, professional very polite and good at what he did. We loved having him complete the job and felt comfortable with him in my mother’s house. Would highly recommended bath fitters!
