I worked with Ryan and his team to spec out my Solar + Battery setup and gave them some very challenging timelines as I've been trying to get solar for 6+ mo with a different company and cancelled my contract with the previous company and went with Home Team Energy.

I do not regret this decision one bit, Ryan came out next day to do the site evaluation, discuss options, give feedback, and got me exactly what I wanted and more. My system has been powered on for all of January 2025 and I've had zero issues. They installed fast and professionally, worked through all my questions throughout the process, and did an amazing job!.

Home Team just completed a 24 panel solar power installation at our house. The installation went flawless. What really impressed me was the professionalism, knowledge, and follow-through of the entire company from the initial contact right to the finish line. Every time I had questions or needed more information they were promptly answered. Their installation crew was well organized, very efficient, and always on time. They left the jobsite in an immaculate state.

Contractors are often tough to deal with, but I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Home Team Energy.

Sales & Proposal:
Having worked for a competitor solar company one summer, I saw firsthand all the fraudulent sales tactics and inflated pricing, not just for equipment, but also for finance fees and interest. That experience turned me off to solar for years. Ryan’s honest, straightforward, and significantly more cost-effective proposal is what finally got me on board. He even provided a detailed spreadsheet showing how much WE Energies has raised its rates year after year, between 6% and 10% annually over nearly the past decade. Seeing that trend really drove home how valuable this system will be long-term.

Installation & Management:
The electricians, installers, and management team were true professionals. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the process. The installation itself was just as impressive, the electricians never rushed, instead taking the time to make the system blend seamlessly into my home. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish.

Equipment
I went with Enphase IQ8X Microinverters paired with REC460A Pure-RX panels. The Enphase app is excellent, and the all-black panels look great on the roof. I probably could have squeezed in 2–3 more panels, but Ryan saved me from overspending since I was already at 120% offset. Thanks to my house layout, all panels sit on the garage and covered patio, meaning if a roof leak ever did occur, it wouldn’t affect the main living space. WE Energies’ new bi-directional meter also simplified the install and gave the system a clean, integrated look.

Post-Install Service:
Home Team is proactive about setting customers up for success in every facet. After my first month of production, WE Energies billed me correctly. In the second month, WE Energies made a mistake, but Ryan and Brian stepped in big time. They went above and beyond, coaching me through the best way to get resolution from y energy provider.

Final Thoughts:
If you’re considering solar, I couldn’t recommend Home Team Energy more highly. They truly care about their customers and make the entire experience stress-free and beneficial. After researching over a dozen solar installers, I chose Home Team Energy—and I’m glad I did. They were by far the most honest and transparent team I spoke with. They took the time to walk me through every aspect of the system, including how net metering works with WE Energies, which was a huge help.

One thing that really stood out was their advice around battery storage. Rather than upselling me, they explained why a battery wouldn’t improve the ROI of the system given how net metering works locally. That kind of integrity is rare.

Being a local company gave them an edge in navigating the utility setup, and their white-glove service meant they handled everything—from permitting to installation to commissioning—with professionalism and care. While the install took a bit longer due to coordination with other home projects, they still completed and commissioned the system ahead of their original commitment.

I would, without hesitation, recommend Home Team Energy to anyone considering solar.

Had a great experience with Home Team Energy Company installing solar panels. The whole process was easy and well organized, and communication was solid from start to finish. There was no pressure during the entire process (most of the rest of the installers in the are were very pushy or didn't respond to communications in a timely manner).

Ryan and his crew were awesome. The panels were installed during the coldest stretch of the year, but that didn't stop the guys from Home Team from completing the project. It was impressive (and surprising) to see everything installed in only 2 days.

The install looks clean and professional, and they made sure everything was working and explained before wrapping up. Overall, really happy with the work and the experience.

Driver in van 98, licence plate 85995 looks like he's drunk at the wheel. Almost took me right off the road because he didn't look while merging. If there drivers are this bad, I'd never trust them with any electrical.

Lemberg Electric performed some work at my business, CrossFit Vanquish, recently. Their field tech was timely and professional. He answered all of my questions and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction before leaving. I will be reaching out to Lemberg for future Electrical needs.

I was looking for someone to update the lighting in my kitchen, and a friend recommended Joe for the job. I'm so glad I went with him! His quote was fair, he accommodated my schedule, and the work was done efficiently and as planned. Joe was knowledgeable, reliable, and conscientious. Both Joe and his associate were very respectful of my home, too. They wore shoe covers and did an amazing job cleaning up after they finished. They even verified that my birds were safely secured before they began working so that the birds wouldn't get loose. They were both professional, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. Had a power outage for half my bar and restaurant during business hours. Alreri Electric came within an hour. The service was exceptional and quick.

Alteri Electric far exceeded my expectations. We were having an issue with fluctuating power in our home. Thinking it might be a utility issue, we called WE Energies and they came out and told us their end was fine, we needed an electrician. Not only did Alteri come out on a Sunday when it was convenient with our schedule, but within about 10 minutes he diagnosed it as a utility issue and was able to show exactly what the problem was through testing from our panel. I was able to call WE Energies right away with the electrician there and have him explain so they could note the problem in detail. WE Energies took 2 additional attempts to resolve the issue, which was frustrating. But every time I called Alteri (filling them in on what had happened and asking advice as the situation unfolded) they answered the phone and gave me specific guidance. Our issue is now resolved and WE Energies is likely going to reimburse us for what should have been fixed the first time we called. BIG thanks to Alteri for the service and communication. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

I called Joe on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency and he was at my door within 30 minutes. He was able to fix the issue and give me peace of mind quickly. He was very personable and answered all of my questions! You can tell he’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I highly recommend Alteri Electric!
