Reviews of local pros in Brookfield, Wisconsin

I had AdvantaClean come out and do duct work cleaning for me over the summer. They did a fantastic job! We have a dog and a cat and the technician was very cautious and caring with making sure our pets did not get anxious while he was in their space. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!

Thank you AdvantaClean for coming out to my residence and promptly resolving my mold remediation in the attic. Nolan was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained the entire process from start to finish including showing us pictures of before and after. He went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, Barb

We called AdvantaClean to help with our attic remediation and had a great experience. Seth came to our house next day and was amazing to work with getting our job scheduled. The crew came the next day to do the work and they were friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend this company!

Second Review/Update October 23rd, 2024:
Dave came out personally to check things out for himself.
He also had Tim come with and Tim seemed super knowledgeable and was very professional. Tim was very understanding and helpful!

First Review October 9th, 2024:
Noland is terrible! He also smelled strongly of marijuana each time he came. He had to come three times…
1) To do the project
2) He damaged property and had to come fix it
3) To redo painting due to paint peeling and did NOT complete job because he “claimed” walls were wet.
However, walls were NOT wet at all!!

Dave was very responsive and had his crew on site very quickly. Communication was good so I always knew the status of the job. I would recommend AdvantaClean to anyone.

Our experience with AdvantaClean was great! The entire process was easy and completed in a timely manner. Every person we worked with from scheduling, sales, service guys, and billing was kind and helpful. I recommend them and I would use them again!

I had several different companies give me quotes for remediation of attic mold. Advantaclean was the ONLY company who came wearing a mask for protection against the mold, and offered a sealant once mold was cleaned, with a 10 year warranty. They suggested I leave overnight as the odor 'could' be strong (they were correct), again no other company suggested this, they said it would 'ok'. The workers were VERY polite and concerned for me and my pets health, including my fish tanks. They came within 2 days whereas other companies offered 1-2 weeks waiting time. This is a very professioanl company, and even my electricians commented on how 'clean' the attic was. I highly recommend Advantaclean.

Already posted my review. AWESOME JOB....From Dave to Bill to our 4 fabulous workers

Everyone I worked with at AdvantaClean was great--the office staff, the estimator, and the crew lead. People were responsive and helpful and they did a good job working in my house. I think their quote/estimate process could use a little improvement, but even that was only so-so. I would use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family.

AdvantaClean from Mequon was an excellent choice for mold mitigation! From the first meeting they stood out against other bids I received from other businesses. They were the most thorough by far on their inspection, and they were the fastest company to respond to a request for a bid.

The work they did was top notch! They delivered the product they promised exactly as planned. They were also the most competitive bid I received!

I would highly recommend AdvantaClean and owner Dave. They were truly a pleasure to work with!

We were very pleased with the mold remediation. Would highly recommend. From sales (Bill) to the service techs it was a good experience. We had a lot of attic black mold from improper ventilation and now the rafters look nice and clean. Price was very reasonable.

The guys worked very very hard. They were courteous, polite and careful for the surroundings when carrying the debris out. I would definitely recommend them.

Dave and his team do an excellent job. His crew has done my duct work in the past and this time they took care of some mold found during a bathroom demo. They responded quickly to assess the project and got me on the schedule and done in short order. They did outstanding work again, as usual!!!

Very easy to schedule inspection, and set up services to address mold in my attic. Felt AdvantaClean had honest pricing and did a thorough job. Very happy to not have cleaned this on my own.

Dave Harley and his team provide excellent services. He is very knowledgeable and explains things so you understand what the problem is, and how they will fix it. His turn around time in getting back to you is great. I would highly recommend Advanta Clean and Dave Harley.

AdvantaClean is an amazing company. Dave led the way through the entire process of my water damaged basement. All the men on Dave's team were friendly, professional and really cared about me, but Dave was my guardian angel. In the midst of a horrible mess in my home, Dave was kind, caring and supervised all work.
I would recommend this company 100 percent. I will always be grateful to AdvantaClean, Dave and his crew of experts.

With the historic rainfall and its devastating effects on my home, Advataclean of badgerland came to the rescue. Professional, immediate help, companionate, ethical. They have my highest recommendation. Thank you Dave and Bill.

AdvantaClean did a great job cleaning my air ducts. Their technicians, Nolan and Trey, were extremely knowledgeable about the process. They were professional and courteous, arrived on-time, and used care to keep my living spaces tidy while cleaning the ducts. Great experience working with them!

Excellent services! Both Bi and the crew explained things very thoroughly. Crew worked efficiently and also did so very efficient. Cost is reasonable based on other quotes received. So glad this mold was cleared out asap for our home to be healthier.

I’ve been working with Bill since the end of last year and it has been a great experience. He offers fantastic communication paired with a book of knowledge. If you need your questions answered, ask for Bill! Don’t hesitate, call AdvantaClean.

Dave and his crew were excellent from the first call until the final cleanup. They were great communicators, very tidy, and did exactly what they said they would without any funny business. I can't recommend them highly enough.
