We've had them in twice in the last 2 years. Once for a washer hookup that was leaking, and once for a dishwasher hookup that was leaking. Heidi and Tyler responded to a same-day watermergency at our property, correcting a broken toilet supply part to allow for minimum downtime in a one-bathroom apartment. Tyler left the area better than he found it and communicated clearly and effectively every step of the way. We even received the invoice the same day! It is never a great start to the day when the resident says there's water coming through the ceiling, but Heidi and Tyler made it that much better with their expert service and customer-focused care. I have used them multiple times and have been satisfied every time. They are always very quick to get someone over to assess the situation and we go from there. Sometimes they can fix it on the spot with stuff they have in the truck. The most recent time was a big project I had to schedule. Very curious, they even swept up the areas after working. I will use them again and again.

Arndt & Son Plumbing continually impresses me with their timely and expert service. Everytime I call, they respond quickly and professionally. Today was no exception. They arrived on time, and the leak was determined and fixed quickly. They will always be my first call for plumbing help.

Called Arndt to get an estimate on getting a check valve installed on our sewer outlet since our basement drain backs up whenever there is a lot of rain and the village sewer system never keeps up. Been here 16 years always the same story, the town just denies responsibility even when we have a foot of sewer water in our basement. Whoever came out wouldn't believe it and insisted we hire roto rooter to scope our sewer pipes which we had just done a few years prior. Nothing wrong with our pipes just like last time. $250 dollars spent and no estimate, now they are not returning our calls. If you want to waste money for no results this is the place to call.

This was my first time using Arndt & Sons, and I’m impressed. They responded to my service request inquiry with 24 hours and were at my house within two days. Reid was courteous and friendly. He explained the problem and swiftly fixed our leaky toilet. We are now getting a quote to replace 2 toilets in our house that are low to the ground. Hopefully we’ll be working with them again. I highly recommend Arndt & Son Plumbing. Tyler was very informative and friendly when assessing my septic pipe problem, and he did an excellent job replacing the pipe and repairing the problem. He also did a wonderful job with cleanup afterward, and the lawn had very minimal damage from the digging that was barely noticeable. He also tied back bushes to prevent damage to them. The final cost was even less than the estimate. Arndt & Son Plumbing did an amazing job, and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!
