Arndt & Son is my FAVORITE plumbing company:) They respond to my needs (no matter how small) and go above and beyond my expectations. All the employees are wonderful; I have not had a bad experience with them in all the years I have been with them.

Our experience was overall very positive. The project involved major digging and disruption of our property and was done on schedule and with only minor adjustments needed which were explained fully and we agreed to based on their explanation of the reasons for the needed changes to the plan. The company they hired to do the earth work did a very efficient job and left the property in very good condition considering the major work required. They worked until well after dark to insure that the job was done completely and no return effort would be necessary. The indoor work was done efficiently and with consideration for the space restrictions which were involved. Tyler was straight forward with his estimates for the work and with his explanations of the necessary changes to the plan.

We have been using Arndt & Son Plumbing for years from well work to whole house filtration system. They are prompt to responded, good at explaining the issues and solutions.
We do highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

I’ve used Arndt & Son many times. Today Travis showed up on time and fixed the washer leak problem quickly. All techs are always prompt, professional, personable. I also love the new communication via text/email and receiving my receipt/paying my bill via email. Thanks!

We've had so many "issues" over the past few weeks with our well (the pump stopped working, our pressure tank was junk, and we had a crack on the outside well), sump pump needed attention, and lastly a
running toilet. Travis was so responsive and helpful. Heidi was great with scheduling the appointments for us and making us feel like a priority. I highly recommend their services.

What a wonderful company! I called them because I thought my pressure tank was on the fritz, but I was still getting pressure so, it wasn’t an emergency. They came out the next morning and figured out, rather quickly, what the issue was. He explained everything to me, which I greatly appreciated, even though I didn’t understand 100% of it, it was still great customer service to do so.

It was also well explained in the invoice which was emailed to me along with a convenient link to pay the bill online if that’s the route I opted for. I was very pleased to find out that they not only worked on pumps and pressure tanks but are also licensed plumbers which I happened to be looking for one that I could count on as the one I’d been using for over 30 years retired. I would give them more stars if it was possible!

Arndt & Son Plumbing does great work! I have used them twice now for two separate plumbing issues in our older home and they resolved both in a timely, cost-effective manner. Travis was our tech both times. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond in his communication. He even worked us into his work schedule a few days early when a replacement part arrived sooner than expected so that we did not have to go any extra days without a functioning shower. I will continue to call on Arndt & Son for my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to those looking for quality work and great customer service.

I have used Arndt and Son Plumbing for several repairs, upgrades, and emergencies and couldn’t be happier. The staff are highly skilled, friendly and positive. Their pries are fair and they take care when working in your home.

I am very pleased with the work that Arndt completed on my well. The team that did the work was lead by Wesley and he was amazing! Competent, friendly, and hard working was shown by all as they worked. In addition, Heidi, who responded to all my calls was so kind and helpful. I appreciate all that was done so I could once again have water!
