My job was definitely a big job and Bentz Electric handled it with ease! It was a full home remodel and Bentz Electric did an excellent job every step of the way. Graham was easy to work with, knowledgeable, communicated very well, and scheduled every phase of the job perfectly. I want to also mention John who was the electrician on site. He did a great job and was a pleasure working with. I just can’t say enough good things about the company, Graham, and John. I’ll be using Bentz for any future electrical needs!

Very impressed with Bentz Electric. They are organized, professional and thorough. I finally found a a company I can trust with my electrical needs.

What can I say? New to the area and needed some updates before our official move-in day. Asked around and electricians were so busy they couldn't pick up the phone or even give you a call-back, same as any/every contractor out there these days. Family recommended Bentz, left a message and actually got a response! Graham gave me the familiar "busy, won't be until forever" story until we talked frank about what needed to be done and broke the job down. Let's be honest, who in their right mind wants to pay an electrician to remove 20 year old track, cut holes in walls, patch and vacuum? And if we're being really honest, name an electrician that wants to do any of that. Once the non-electrical was removed from the equation he was able to squeeze us in between other jobs nearby. Got all our requested updates completed before settling in with an inspection grade of PASS. Done and done! #getbentz

I had a breaker fail that was connected to my refrigerator. I called Bentz on a recommendation from Boehlke Hardware. They arrived within an hour and assessed the problem. I appreciated their timely response. They were helpful in suggestions to resolve future problems. .

I have 6 properties that I rent out in Cedarburg and have used Bentz electric exclusively for everything from complete re-wiring to simple light fixture installations. Excellent service, fair pricing, highly recommended. I had them fix my breaker box and CSST grounding, but they said they'll do anything from as small as replacing lightbulbs to major electric work. Will for sure be calling again when needed.

They helped troubleshoot a problem I was having. Turns out a GFCI went bad and they replaced it easy peasy.

Also had them install a ceiling fan in a room that didn't have wiring for it. Very quick and quality at a fair price. My review still stands.

A great company if you have electrical needs. Graham who owns the business stayed in touch before our scheduled day and even followed up the night before to confirm work to be done and was very nice to work with on an estimate and scheduling. The gentlemen doing the work, Andy and Johnny, were courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. We had a bunch of small jobs and a somewhat complex need for a recessed electrical box that Andy figured out a solution for safely! The work done was quality work at a fair price; we would recommend Bentz Electric for anyone needing electrical needs. Thank you Graham, Andy and Johnny!

Excellent customer service. Responsive to voicemail. Fair pricing. Highly recommend! We first called two other contractors we had worked with before re our concern that a malfunctioning bathroom fan could maybe pose an electrical fire hazard. Those contractors were not at all helpful over the phone. Graham called us back, addressed our immediate concern (coached us re unplugging the fan motor), and then put us on his "hot list" amid the holidays to work into the schedule. Our connection to Graham and Bentz Electric was based on a strong recommendation from a friend in Grafton. Bentz has our business, going forward.

Very happy with work I had done by John . He did a great job installing 3 light fixtures, replacing ceiling bulb and testing a few outlets. I will definitely call on Bentz again.

Pricing was within industry standard. For me, I trusted Eric the technician. He communicated well on what he was going to do, very efficient and answered all of my questions. Quality of work is important and quality was fine but again, the trust value is as important. Great job and highly recommend.

Rated previously. Very prompt appointment & electrician Eric very pleasant. Awfully expensive for services rendered: trip fee and 2 hour labor and a wall switch. Verified that two different LED ceiling track lighting power transformers were not functioning for unkown reason (fixture returned to Menards).

Used Crown before and always been happy with their service. This time was no different as they were courteous and looked into the problem we thought we were having in an expedient manner. They also didn't try to upcharge us on anything, which was nice.

Very Professional Outfit! Was able to come in, quote, and install two 30a 240v outlets and install a surge protector at the our breaker all in the same day (morning). Very happy with the service and would strongly recommend to anyone!

Eric was very professional and friendly. Prompt and very efficient. Knowledgeable when explaining what he was doing. He replaced an old ceiling light with a string switch. Last month, a technician from Crown came to address some long standing wiring issues in my 90 year old home, and fix a wiring problem that I mucked up. He was thorough and quickly fixed the everything that was needed. He also answered a number of pressing questions I had about all the wiring spaghetti in my basement. I absolutely couldn't be happier with the service.
