We had a great experience with Crown Electrical. He was so helpful answering all of our questions and gave thoughtful and honest responses. We really appreciated the transparency as well and felt like we were getting great service for a fair price. He was extremely patient as we discussed and made decisions. We would highly recommend and will be going back to them for any of our electrical needs!

Crown Electric was the best experience I’ve ever had in Racine and the most professional response. What I was prepared for in my mind was an elaborate service call. I know nothing about electricity and having an older home my anxiety was at level high. Eric from Crown was HONEST, more than FAIR, and very very professional!!
As weird as this will sound I am actually looking forward to a future project we’re planning.

I found Crown Electrical through the Thumb Tack App. I had an easy breezy non-issue quick schedule. To my surprise the actual owner, Eric showed up to help me figure out why half of my outlets in the kitchen went out. He did his job diagnosing and eventually found the culprit as a loose wire in the main electrical box. I was happy about that, and he was honest and not trying to LIE about what the issue was to penny squeeze more money out of me. We still had some time left on the clock to fulfill their minimum service call and was able to fix another outlet that he found that wasn't grounded and posed a hazard to my home.

After that, there was still a little more time, and he was able to put covers on outlets that were uncovered during a recent paint job that I had, and he also tightened up a few covers on outlets that had gotten loose over the years. After that, we were done. Everything was done professionally and I was happy. I will totally hire them again in the future! Thanks, Eric and Crown Electrical!

Eric was absolutely wonderful! Prompt, professional and did a fantastic job. I had a few complicated light fixtures to hang and he handled them beautifully! I would definitely recommend Crown Electrical and will be using Eric again for additional work in the future. Prices were quoted upfront and very reasonable. We called Crown Electric, and they were able to come and look at our problem with our" strobing " lights in the kitchen in a matter of days. Eric was very knowledgable and helpful, not only did he have a solution, but he made it very easy to understand and gave us options. While he was here we asked about a number of other electricity related projects we were considering doing. He was happy to look, and give us some ideas. I am so impressed by the service we had done that day, but how easy and inexpensive it's going to be to get ALL of our other projects done!! I used Crown Electric to diagnose a (non-emergent) electrical issue I was having at my panel. I was able to schedule an appointment for within a few days. There was a confirmation email and follow-up to remind me of my appointment with a specific time window for arrival. Eric was right on time, and after diagnosing the issue, he took the time to show me and walk through the problem before providing me with a few options for solution. He was careful to clean up after himself and was very pleasant to have around for a few hours.....my dog thought so too. The work that was done was outlined clearly in the invoice and I felt was very reasonable. My entire experience felt very professional and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Crown Electrical was the third contractor I called, after cancelling two others because I was uncomfortable with their business practices. I struck gold with Crown! Eric was prompt, courteous, and was very helpful with his advice on future projects without giving me a pushy sales pitch. He and his apprentice double-checked their work and the clean-up afterwards was immaculate. The pricing was very fair. I will definitely be using Crown Electrical for future work and highly recommend them. Go with someone you can trust!

When we decided to finish our basement, we contacted Crown Electrical for an estimate. The first person I spoke with was Alicia. She was very friendly and informative about the business. Alicia was always a delight to speak with and very efficient. She set up an appointment with Eric (the owner) for an estimate on our rec room that came through within just a few days. We were very pleased with the cost and decided to go with them. We were not disappointed!
Eric and his worker, Rob, were very prompt every time they came to work on our basement. They were both hard workers and always helpful when we had any questions. We ended up adding a few things and taking away a couple of others, but Eric was always accommodating and willing to work with any changes we had. We really liked the type of overhead lights (wafer instead of can) he suggested. When they finished, we were pleased with the work they did. We already have a couple of estimates from them for future work! We would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Crown Electrical for a de"light"ful experience:)

I have use Crown Electrical LLC twice so far and they are my new go to electricians. They have assisted with both an electrical issue in my basement and installed recessed lighting in my living room that originally had no lighting source. They are allows punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, and will walk your through the entire process of your service. The quotes are accurate and they work to stay within the quoted time frame so there are no surprises. I am looking forward to working with them again.

They were very helpful setting up the appointment and transparent about the cost of the work that needed to be done. I had to update a 50 year old house. Eric was the third or fourth contractor I spoke with. From the minute I spoke with Alicia I was impressed. She knows the business and answered questions without having to have someone call me. Eventually I met directly to Eric. He was very knowledgeable and very down to earth. He explained things so I could understand. Steve spent about two weeks at the house with Luke and they were a pleasure to work with. Bottom line, they did quality work, were very professional and fairly priced. It was a wonderful experience and they are my go to electrical company for everything. Our next project is a Generac generator!
