    We contacted Budiac because 1) our neighbors use them, and 2) the previous homeowner had used them (their sticker is on our hot water heater). We sought out a couple quotes for a significant water leak, which required copper piping, install of an exterior faucet, and a toilet install/replacement. We contacted our previous plumber who we have used for years, and they were struggling with the influx of work as a result of COVID. However, Larry Budiac was responsive in quickly getting onsite for the eval and soon after we received a quote, which exceeded our expectations. We then worked with Margie for scheduling--and were able to get on their schedule in a timely manner. Once the team arrived, professionalism and quality as well as a noted regard for our property was the primary impression we had. Upon completion and inspection of the work, besides the improvements, it was as if they were never here. No need for post-job clean up. We will definitely be using Budiac for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you!

    This is my first google review and I would strongly recommend Budiac Plumbing for any plumbing services you may need. My hot water heater died last Sunday evening and I called Budiac Plumbing early Monday morning. After verifying that the hot water heater was no longer under warranty, a plumber was scheduled for mid afternoon to do the replacement that same day. Dan did an excellent job removing the old hot water heater and installing the new one in about 1-1/2 hours. Especially unexpected was the care taken to cover the floors and steps as not to damage the finishes while getting the old hot water heater out and the new one in. Dan is very personable and was able to answer any questions I had. Cleanup was not a problem since it was addressed before the work started. Thanks again Dan for a great job! We were glad to patronize a local business and receive such prompt, professional service.

    We love Budiac Plumbing and they will handle all of our plumbing needs from now on. Previously, we used another major plumbing and HVAC company in Mequon with the initials CB and we will never use them again. We had a major plumbing emergency at 10 PM on a Friday night. We had a total blockage of the main sewage line out of our house. We are also on a holding tank, which can make things more complex. It caused a back up of sewage that almost flooded into our house. We had to shut off our water, live on bottled water and using the neighbors plumbing for several days. I called Budiac Plumbing on a Sunday and they responded to me immediately and were very caring and concerned about our problem. Marge, in their main office, gathered a lot of detailed information from me which she relayed to her husband and owner, Larry, who was deer hunting in northern Wisconsin. Larry took time away from deer hunting to analyze our situation and called me back from his tree stand with a plan on how to fix our plumbing emergency. The incredible thing is he knew exactly what to do having never seen our situation. The next morning he had a crew of two plumbers with two trucks, a mini- excavator, and all the equipment they needed at our house before 8 AM! They also called Diggers Hotline and insured they were there to mark our yard before the plumber started digging. Matt and Cody were the plumbers who responded and they knew exactly what to do. They used a fiber optic camera to diagnose the problem and find the exact location of the blockage in just minutes. They were very good at breaking the news to us that they would have to cut concrete on our patio as our main line of old cast-iron was rusted through and infiltrated with roots. They worked quickly and efficiently and cut away a minimal amount of concrete. They were able to remove all the old rusted through cast-iron piping, including the main juncture in our basement, with virtually no mess in our house. In six hours, they were totally done. We had our water and plumbing back online. They filled in all the holes they dug and even raked over the tracks from the mini excavator in our yard. They were incredibly careful and cautious not to break the holding tank alarm electrical line, the phone, cable or electrical power lines into our house. We were impressed at how skilled they were and how knowledgeable they were. One of the most notable things is how clean Matt and Cody kept when they were digging up to 5 feet down and into sewage. This showed how skillful and careful they were. What was also impressive is the bill was several thousand dollars less than what we expected. They had very reasonable rates for the fast, excellent and professional service we received. The previous plumbing company we used, with the initials CB, came out twice in August with in three days and all they did was snake our drains and tell us that we needed to use more enzymatic mainline cleaner. We asked this company to bring a fiber optic camera, which they said they would on three occasions but they never did. If they had only brought the camera, we would have quickly seen what and where the problem was and how severely our main line pipe had deteriorated. The problem could have been fixed then and our plumbing emergency avoided. As far as we are concerned, the plumbers, Matt and Cody are both superheroes and saints. Thank God for Budiac Plumbing they are incredible.
