We contacted Budiac because 1) our neighbors use them, and 2) the previous homeowner had used them (their sticker is on our hot water heater). We sought out a couple quotes for a significant water leak, which required copper piping, install of an exterior faucet, and a toilet install/replacement. We contacted our previous plumber who we have used for years, and they were struggling with the influx of work as a result of COVID. However, Larry Budiac was responsive in quickly getting onsite for the eval and soon after we received a quote, which exceeded our expectations. We then worked with Margie for scheduling--and were able to get on their schedule in a timely manner. Once the team arrived, professionalism and quality as well as a noted regard for our property was the primary impression we had. Upon completion and inspection of the work, besides the improvements, it was as if they were never here. No need for post-job clean up. We will definitely be using Budiac for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Steve did a great job cleaning out our kitchen drain. He also tightened our shower faucet and removed and reapplied the shower caulk. Very happy with the service, we'll use Budiac Plumbing in the future. The lady that answers the phone was always friendly and helpful.

This is my first google review and I would strongly recommend Budiac Plumbing for any plumbing services you may need. My hot water heater died last Sunday evening and I called Budiac Plumbing early Monday morning. After verifying that the hot water heater was no longer under warranty, a plumber was scheduled for mid afternoon to do the replacement that same day. Dan did an excellent job removing the old hot water heater and installing the new one in about 1-1/2 hours. Especially unexpected was the care taken to cover the floors and steps as not to damage the finishes while getting the old hot water heater out and the new one in. Dan is very personable and was able to answer any questions I had. Cleanup was not a problem since it was addressed before the work started. Thanks again Dan for a great job! We were glad to patronize a local business and receive such prompt, professional service.

We love Budiac Plumbing and they will handle all of our plumbing needs from now on. Previously, we used another major plumbing and HVAC company in Mequon with the initials CB and we will never use them again.

We had a major plumbing emergency at 10 PM on a Friday night. We had a total blockage of the main sewage line out of our house. We are also on a holding tank, which can make things more complex. It caused a back up of sewage that almost flooded into our house. We had to shut off our water, live on bottled water and using the neighbors plumbing for several days. I called Budiac Plumbing on a Sunday and they responded to me immediately and were very caring and concerned about our problem. Marge, in their main office, gathered a lot of detailed information from me which she relayed to her husband and owner, Larry, who was deer hunting in northern Wisconsin. Larry took time away from deer hunting to analyze our situation and called me back from his tree stand with a plan on how to fix our plumbing emergency. The incredible thing is he knew exactly what to do having never seen our situation. The next morning he had a crew of two plumbers with two trucks, a mini- excavator, and all the equipment they needed at our house before 8 AM! They also called Diggers Hotline and insured they were there to mark our yard before the plumber started digging.

Matt and Cody were the plumbers who responded and they knew exactly what to do. They used a fiber optic camera to diagnose the problem and find the exact location of the blockage in just minutes. They were very good at breaking the news to us that they would have to cut concrete on our patio as our main line of old cast-iron was rusted through and infiltrated with roots. They worked quickly and efficiently and cut away a minimal amount of concrete. They were able to remove all the old rusted through cast-iron piping, including the main juncture in our basement, with virtually no mess in our house. In six hours, they were totally done. We had our water and plumbing back online. They filled in all the holes they dug and even raked over the tracks from the mini excavator in our yard. They were incredibly careful and cautious not to break the holding tank alarm electrical line, the phone, cable or electrical power lines into our house. We were impressed at how skilled they were and how knowledgeable they were. One of the most notable things is how clean Matt and Cody kept when they were digging up to 5 feet down and into sewage. This showed how skillful and careful they were. What was also impressive is the bill was several thousand dollars less than what we expected. They had very reasonable rates for the fast, excellent and professional service we received.

The previous plumbing company we used, with the initials CB, came out twice in August with in three days and all they did was snake our drains and tell us that we needed to use more enzymatic mainline cleaner. We asked this company to bring a fiber optic camera, which they said they would on three occasions but they never did. If they had only brought the camera, we would have quickly seen what and where the problem was and how severely our main line pipe had deteriorated. The problem could have been fixed then and our plumbing emergency avoided. As far as we are concerned, the plumbers, Matt and Cody are both superheroes and saints. Thank God for Budiac Plumbing they are incredible.

I called Budiac plumbing after performing what we thought would be a simple toilet install. After install it seemed to work well until we noticed water dripping into the basement after a few uses. Upon further investigation I noticed the bolt to hold the toilet down was no longer attached to the flange. I called Budiac plumbing as I have seen them in our neighborhood and was so glad I did. They were able to come out the same day even though we had other bathrooms to use and I told them it wasn’t an emergency. Blake called to verify the problem and to make sure he would have the right supplies to do the job. When he arrived and looked at the issue he explained to me what the problem was and how he planned on fixing it. He did a fantastic job. He was very professional, efficient, polite and clean. When he was finished with the job my bathroom and basement were cleaner then when he arrived! I definitely know who I will call if plumbing issues arise again. Basement floor drain was backed up, discovered on a Saturday morning. After calling around to multiple businesses, I received a referral to Budiac from a sewer company. Larry called me immediately after receiving the page from the weekend answering service. He did some troubleshooting over the phone and determined the pump in our wastewater crock had failed. He had offered to send someone out that day and also walked us through what we would need to do to to get through until Monday morning. He then had Margie give us a call to schedule the service. First thing Monday morning, Blake arrived and replaced our pump and necessary pvc. He was kind, thoroughly explained the process and worked efficiently! We are beyond grateful for the whole team approach Budiac uses. Each customer service point of contact was excellent! Cannot say enough positive remarks. Thank you!

Very happy with the communication and workmanship of the Budiac team. They rerouted my septic pipe. Matt was awesome on the excavator! Didn't lose any shrubbery. Quality work for a very fair price. Highly recommend!

We recently hired Budiac Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet. It was our first time hiring them, and they sent out Steve, who was professional, neat and clean, solved the problem expertly, explained what was needed and why, and all at a very reasonable price. We've spent quite a few years trying out various plumbers and just not being thrilled for one reason or another. In Budiac we finally have found a plumber we feel confident about calling!

Came in to work this morning to water spraying everywhere. I had to shut down the water for the building and called Budiac Plumbing. Doug came out and determined the problems and had them fixed in short order. We had water back on before the first customer arrived! Thanks to Budiac Plumbing for their quick response and professional handling of our problems.

We had a 50 gallon water heater suddenly start leaking enough to put out the gas burner and shut it down.
I called Budiac Plumbing and Heating and explained my problem to Gabbie. I asked for a price and lead time. She gave me a phone number and asked me to send photos of the heater and plumbing to the gas water heater. She said she would call me back with a quote. She called me back after receiving the photos with a quote, said she had a new 50 gallon gas water heater in their whare house and could replace it at 5:00 PM today. That was great I had expected to wait days, however I had to attend a Birthday celebration and asked if I could get it installed the next day. Gabbie set it up for the next day.
The next day Doug Budiac and young Matt arrived in the afternoon to install the new water heater.
They very professional. They wore booties over their shoes while in the house, laid down tarps on the floor, carpet and down the stairway to the basement.
They removed the old dripping water heater without leaving any water or mess on the floor. Brought in the new Bradford water heater in and completed the installation all in less then 2 hours.
Doug made a point to explain how to set and operate the new heater. Both young men were extremely polite and very customer friendly. I would recommend Budiac plumbing to anyone looking fast efficient service.

I’ve been a long time customer of Budiak Plumbing and have used their services for routine plumbing as well as more complex plumbing projects. Justin did the plumbing for 2 of my bathroom remodels where I served as the general contractor. He was invaluable in providing suggestions for overall project management and worked extremely well with the other contractors. Justin has a calm, assured demeanor and is a delight to work with. Cory drew the short straw on my projects and spent 9 hours clearing the massively clogged sewer line between my house and the main. Sewage had come up through the drain in my basement floor, forming a 9 foot circular, smelly mess. When Cory left, the sewer line was cleared and the basement floor was back to normal. Throughout the entire project, Cory retained a happy, can-do attitude. He stayed until 7:30 pm the first night and was back at my house at 7:15 am the next day. Awesome service! Very professional and quality work. Followed up with maintenance suggestions but did not try to pressure any upsells. Matt, the technician, was on time, polite and communicated very professionally. Even showed up on Christmas Eve and got the work done quickly for family coming in town! They will be my “go to” and Super happy to recommend to anyone with plumbing issues in the future.

Thanks to Larry, Doug, and Cody for fixing a bad situation with my clogged basement floor laterals to the septic tanks that are now flowing freely. I had a mequon plumber (CB) out to router the pipes. He was unsuccessful and gave me an invoice for $400. I contacted Budiac Plumbing by a reference from DJ (Wisconsin Pump & Sump). We were unable to run our water or flush our toilets. Budiac was able to come out within a couple of hours. They were equipped with angers, a drain camera, and a power sprayer that could flush 90 feet of sewer. Doug and Cody were very focused on rectifying the problem (a main lateral from the toilet to a clean out 40 feet long. The exiting lateral was also filled with sludge.
Larry invoiced a very fair bill for the 4 1/2 hour job. Budiac is now my go to plumber. I will recommend there professional services to everybody.
