Keith was responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonable. Highly recommend this business.
We were debating repairing an over the range microwave. The repair ended up about 1/3 the cost of replacement (stainless full size). Keith presented reasonable options, did a complete diagnosis, no hard sell, and in the end did great work once we decided what we wanted.

Over the years I’ve had my share of repairmen come to work on an appliance. My experience with Keith was by far the best I’ve had hands down. The freezer on refrigerator stopped working and Keith was over within a day and fixed it. Keith was great at communicating and explaining his charges which I thought were very reasonable. Keith really is very knowledgeable and has been in the business for many years. On top of it all he’s very personable and above all very professional.

Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen so I called KB (I had their card from a washing machine/ dryer repair of about a year ago and we really like the work that was done at that time). Keith came the next day and gave us an honest opinion as to the condition of our dishwasher (should we replace or repair). He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and his prices are very reasonable. I keep his card on my refrigerator and call him for all of my appliance repair troubles!

Keith always responds quickly to calls. He is very professional, efficient and pleasant. He has fixed several appliances for me including replacing hard to find parts for an old stove/cooktop/gas grill to make it like new. And when appiances have died, Keith has given me excellent advice and recommendations on replacing them. I'd give him more stars if I could.

Keith came and fixed our oven SO fast and at such a great price. He was really awesome to work with and I'm happy to have someone to call for appliance repair who is a local small business and does such a great job. I will definitely be recommending him to any friends who need appliance repair!

Our dryer was beyond loud and didn’t work all that well. Keith came out and found exactly what was wrong! He was so kind and knowledgeable on the problem. I have never been so happy with a home service and the fact that my dryer is quiet again is great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Keith was very responsive to our need for a working washing machine! We contacted him on a Monday morning and he was at our door Tuesday afternoon. He quickly assessed that we were in need of a new drain pump, and had the part installed and cleaned up in the same visit. We'll definitely use him again!

Keith at KB Appliance is awesome! We live in Deerfield and had a power surge that wiped out several of our appliances. He checked out our induction cooktop and determined the control board was fried and was honest and said it would take 4-6 weeks to get a replacement part and that it would be pretty expensive (about 1/2 the cost of new). We shared that information with insurance and they agreed to replace instead of making us wait.

He was able to successfully restore our LG refrigerator to working order.

The GE Profile oven was repaired, but had intermittent issues where the power would cut out and the controls would stop working. He replaced the control board a 2nd time under warranty at no charge. A couple days later the issue returned. Keith spent several hours on calls with GE and purchased a specialty diagnostic tool, subscription, and spent hours learning to use the tool so he could troubleshoot further. He stopped out 3rd time to see if it was a software issue that he could resolve with the tool. When it didn't work, he ordered a replacement display/touch control panel and stopped out a 4th time. It still did not work. He didn't charge us anything for trips 2-4 because he was unable able to restore the oven to working condition. He also talked to our insurance to explain the situation.

We felt bad because he invested in specialty tools, stopped out multiple times, and spent hours of his own time researching and troubleshooting. Tried to offer him some money for his troubles, but he wouldn't accept it. Just asked that we spread the word. Keith is a fair, honest, and hard-working guy. We will utilize him again if we have appliances that require maintenance or repair.

I met Keith at a Chamber of Commerce event, and we have worked with him on three occasions in the 4 months since. Each time we got a same week appointment, and every other appliance repair operation I know of takes 4-6 weeks to get you in. His rates are great, he is a truly nice guy, and he stand behind the work. I cannot recommend KB highly enough!!

Our refrigerator was randomly fluctuating in temperature, I reached out to Keith, via text, on a weeknight and he replied. In the short time since my initial text, our fridge had stopped cooling completely and he adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in the next morning.

He arrived on time, was quick to find the issue and repaired it on the spot. He even found an additional issue, our fridge lights were not turning off-which was causing more stress on our appliance. He gave me a couple of options, which were very much appreciated.

Keith did an amazing job fixing our dryer. He was quick to respond to our request. I texted him on Wednesday late afternoon and he came Friday morning. He diagnosed, fixed, and cleaned our dryer in one hour. Pricing was very fair and communication was great. I would definitely recommend him.

Keith was incredibly responsive and punctual every time I had contact with him, and even gave troubleshooting instructions prior to the inspection visit. I found his prices to be reasonable and the repair was completed ahead of the original date he quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Keith responded to my initial request right away. He came to my house when scheduled and diagnosed issues with 2 appliances. He ordered the parts and came and installed them promptly. Unfortunately, the new ice maker was not working. Keith came and made an adjustment. When this failed, he ordered a new ice maker right away and installed that one. There was no extra charge for the additional work. I found Keith to be highly professional, very responsive and timely. I will certainly call him again if needed.

Our refrigerators ice maker stopped working after nearly 10 years. I contacted KB through their website on a Saturday and Keith was there to investigate a few days later. He pulled up his supplier's website and gave us an estimate on the spot. He was forthright about why icemakers don't last (hard water) and options. Less than a week later he returned and 20 minutes later, we were back to making ice. The diagnosis fee was lower than others I saw, and Keith is a nice guy to boot! If I could give KB six stars I would... If you need an appliance looked at, give him a call.

Keith was great to work with. We had a washer go out at my business & he was prompt in responding & getting us in the books to get it fixed. He was honest about pricing up front & how long the parts typically take to come in. I will be a returning customer (hopefully not too soon though).
