Keith is wonderful, kind, honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I desperately wanted to save my old KitchenAid washer, but it had some major parts that failed or are failing. He told me that while repair was possible, replacing it was simply the better option for me, even though I was ready keep sticking money into my "old reliable". So, yeah, he could have kept making money off me but was honest about what was best for me in my situation.
