Reon Rounds has the scale of equipment to tackle a difficult tree removal job. Their team is professional and efficient and did an excellent job. They approached the task with confidence, which turned out to be well founded. I'm very pleased with their work.

We called Reon Rounds Tree service to remove a large Cedar tree that fell on our house after a storm. Reon was extremely responsive and came out the same day to provide us an estimate. Reon kept us updated as to when he and his crew would be arriving to remove the tree along with another Cedar tree which could have caused a problem for us with another future windstorm.

Exceptional service, great communication, and fast turnaround time.

We had a dead tree fall in our front yard. Fortunately it was caught by another tree and didn’t block the sidewalk or fall into the street. We originally had agreed to a quote from a national chain, but after signing on the dotted line couldn’t get anyone to call us back to schedule the tree removal for WEEKS. And we had to get it done quickly because it was a public safety concern by being over a public sidewalk and near a main road.

Fast forward to me calling Reon Rounds Tree Service because I saw they were a local small business with great ratings and lots of experience. Reon himself answered the phone, came out that same day, and gave us a competitive quote. This was a Monday. He said he didn’t think he could get to it that day, but it would definitely be no later than Wednesday because it was supposed to rain on Tuesday.

Imagine my surprise on Tuesday morning when Reon texted me and said they could do it that day because the rain stopped. Within 30 minutes, Reon arrived and was rigged up in the tree cutting down limbs to get a head start while the rest of his crew was on the way. Then two big trucks arrived along with a wood chipper trailer.

They got the dead tree removed and the tree that caught it removed. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away as if they had never been there. When they were working, they were very safety conscious and put up appropriate cones to block off a lane of the main road. And they cut the stumps down really low so they wouldn’t be an eye sore while naturally rotting away.

Reon himself was there the whole time, paying close attention, and engaging with his crew. We could not be more impressed with how everything was handled. And the pricing was right in line with estimates we had gotten from other companies. I wish I had just called them first!

Cannot recommend this company enough! Go with the dedicated local small business over the big national company that doesn’t care. You won’t regret it!

We had a giant silver maple that rotted on the inside and a very large branch fell off. It left a huge mess, and had even fallen over the fence and into our neighbor's yard. Reon Rounds Tree Service sent someone out right away for a free estimate, sent us clear and fast documentation for insurance, and even came back out a second time for another estimate because we asked them to look at a second tree we had concerns about as well. They scheduled something right away. They not only were incredibly respectful of our yard (protecting it with pallets), as well as the fence, but they were clearly very skilled. They cleanly and safely removed our enormous tree, cut off the concerning branches from our other tree, and even cleaned up all of the debris, including in our neighbor's yard, which was above and beyond what we expected. We are so grateful that such a scary situation was handled so quickly and efficiently!

Reon is super responsive- came to my house the day after contacting him to take a look at the situation, and a few days after that for full tree removal. It was the second large tree they've removed for us, and in a tricky spot with very little room to maneuver. The guys were total pros, removed any evidence there was ever a tree there (and finished things off with a perfectly level stump, to boot.) Totally recommend!

Reon and his team did such a great job taking two large trees off our property. Unfortunately, our largest tree on our property split in half during a storm and had to come down due to a safety concern. I called Reon and he came out to give a quote within an hour. He and his team then came out to take the trees down two days later. They were quick, efficient, and left everything very clean. Reon Rounds Tree Service delivered exceptional service on several levels. Reon arrived promptly to inspect my property for making a quote. He gave me a price on the spot and followed it up with a written estimate.

The job included the removal of 2 large mature elm trees and major pruning of a 3rd very large elm. The property is very difficult to access with lifts, etc. and all work would either involve climbing or using a crane from outside the property boundaries. Reon proposed using their very large crane from my neighbor's yard in the back and also from the street, in the front--lifting tree sections over the power lines.

For any major job I try to get 3 quotes before choosing a company to do business with. I had to have 7 companies come out and look, because 4 of them declined to offer a proposal, due to the difficulty. Of the 3 quotes, Reon Rounds was priced in the middle and the only one that could get the work done in a single day. Three of the companies that declined to do the work recommended I use Reon Rounds Tree Service!

Since we needed to use the street for the crane work in front, Reon applied and obtained a permit from the city to close the street that day. Precautions were taken to minimize the impact of moving and parking the huge crane on my neighbor's lawn, by laying down triple layers of 3/4" plywood. My neighbor had zero complaints once the job was finished.

Everything went according to plan with no surprises. Huge sections of a tree were hoisted over my neighbor's house in the back and over the power lines in the front. All debris was cleaned up and they frankly left the place in better condition that when they arrived.

Neighbors gathered to watch the crane work which was so impressive. An elderly neighbor lady with a walker came by and Reon visited with her, up close and personal, giving her a big smile.

Not only was the crew professional, they were truly interesting people, leading interesting lives outside of work. One fellow traveling all over the world and another fellow spending most of his spare time with his kids, fishing and boating and being outdoors.

Scheduling the cleaning was a breeze with friendly courtesy reminders which was helpful with our household's busy schedule. We were not able to be home when the cleaning took place and as they are locally owned and operated, we felt comfortable providing Madison Window Cleaning with access to our house. Once we returned, we definitely weren't disappointed and the only reason we knew that someone was there was due to our windows looking immaculate! The follow up after service was very much appreciated and we plan on working with Madison Window Cleaning for years to come.

Due to a cancellation they came a few days early! Showed up on time and got right to work on the inside of our skylights which we wanted done first. Also were very careful with the shrubs around the house and covered anything that might get damaged by the roof wash. So glad to get a thorough roof, skylight and gutter cleaning!

Just closed on a new build home. Windows were full of construction dust and manufacturer's stickers. MWC did a GREAT job making all our new windows shine! Personnel were professional and courteous. They must have asked us 10 times if there was anything else they could do for us and if we thought our windows were spotless. Overall a great experience!

I have used Madison Window Cleaning before. Now in a new home, they are the first and only business I would consider. Pricing is fair with good value for services. Workmanship is excellent but if something isn’t as you hoped, they will make it right. However, we have never had to call them back in.

I had a great experience with MWCC. First, they removed all the screens. Second, they sprayed the outside of all the windows. Third, they scrubbed all the windows outside. Fourth, they did the inside windows by hand. Fifth, they cleaned and replaced all the screens. In addition, they did a "soft wash" of my stucco exterior, which removed mold and who knows what. It's like I have a new house! The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. I can't recommend MWCC enough!!

This is the 8th year we have been using Madison Window Cleaning -- they wash the outside of our windows in June and the inside and the outside in November. This spring we also had them soft wash the roof and power wash prep and then soft wash terrace walls and stone/concrete flatwork. The staff are always courteous and very professional and their work has always been excellent. We recommend them unequivocally!
