We recently had our house, garage, windows and screens cleaned by Madison Windows Cleaning Co. They did a great job. Arrived on time (a little early actually) and were very courteous and careful around our plantings. It was a big job and they had the necessary crew to do it efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Everyone did a great job of communicating and getting the job done. My house looks great! We where away enjoying our vacation called to verify we wanted job done and let me know what time they arrived. Went above and beyond! Will repeat as customers. Thanks for the great service! :)

Great quality of service! They promptly gave us a quote and were very flexible as we worked through best option. Slightly more expensive than others but that is reflected in the work quality. I came home after they had worked on our house and was thoroughly impressed with how it looked!

Easy to schedule and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The windows are super clean. I did need to clean up some drips on the cabinets and floors from cleaning the inside windows after they finished. FYI, there is a minimum fee for their service so be aware of this if you aren’t having the whole house done.

The two technicians were very professional. They put shoe coverings on when they entered the house which was very much appreciated. They did an excellent job washing my windows inside and outside. I am very happy with their service.

Madison Window Cleaning did a great job for us! Cole and Matt really made our windows shine! They answered all my questions and were very friendly and thorough. The screens hadn’t been cleaned in years and now they look wonderful. I will use MWC again!!!

First and foremost, the staff are amazing! Erin was so considerate with trying to schedule their work around my kiddo's nap time, and then Quinton and Matt were so friendly and kind when at the house doing the work. We had our windows washed inside and out and had our gutters cleaned.

For the most part, I'm happy with the work that was done, however, I felt like it wasn't made clear that when cleaning the window sills they will only clean what can be reached with a rag. Some parts of our sills are still dirty, however, we were also told that some of our screens were brittle due to their age and they didn't want to take them off and break them. I did also have to ask that my sliding door be gone over again as the track had been missed.

Overall, the staff are awesome and kind, I just wish I had asked more specific questions about what was included and not included.

Highly recommend! Our windows were well overdue for a cleaning, and it's a complex job (2 stories, storm windows, casement and multi-pane...). Quentin and Matt were very friendly and helpful. They were quiet, careful with ladders, and accommodating in prioritizing order of completion to reduce stress on me, my dogs, and neighbors! Most importantly of course, they did a thorough job of cleaning the windows and I would definitely use them again.

Everything up to day of service went well. Crew showed up 2 hours early called me saying they were at my home. I called back twice no one answered, to let them know I couldn't be there. Left a board mtg, drove 40 minutes to get home so they could start inside, (my voice message told them to start outside). Arrived, no one there. Called scheduling department, couldn't get satisfaction so cancelled the job.

I needed someone to clean our 2nd floor windows, and Madison Window Cleaning did a great job. Scheduling was easy and the windows were crystal clear when they were finished. Highly recommended.

Madison Window Cleaning in Cottage Grove does snow removal for our condo association on the east side of Madison. We all have individual driveways, sidewalks and porches They were there this morning as soon as it stopped snowing and did an exceptional job on my property. They use snow blowers and shovels only. No big plows that dig up our grass. When he did my front porch, he picked up my welcome mat, shook it free of snow, moved the Christmas decorations I had on my porch and shoveled it 100% clear of snow. In my eyes, this was above and beyond and truly appreciated by me. I am almost 70 and think this was extraordinary and helpful to me so I didn't slip and/or fall on my front porch. I want to say thank you from my heart and if anyone is looking for a snow removal service, this is the place.

I couldn’t be more impressed with DQ Lawn and Snow! They showed up and somehow made 10,000 pounds of unwanted landscaping disappear like it was nothing!

Not only was the job done incredibly quickly, but everything was handled with top-notch professionalism. They kept the area neat and clean the entire time, which is no small feat considering the mountain they were dealing with. By the time they finished, it looked like the mess had never even existed.
