We’ve used DQ Lawn & Snow for various lawn care needs over the years. Danny has always been reliable, knowledgeable and easy to work with- He does a great job and is highly recommended!

We’ve hired DQ lawn care a few times for mowing and snow removal. Danny was dependable and professional. He gets the job done, and does it well!

Mowed my lawn for a few years until I moved. Did a excellent job. Mowed once a week unless we were in a drought. Very reasonable price. Removed grass clippings from sidewalk and driveway. Would recommend him. Replies back to message on phone or text. I'd still be using his service if I was living at a house again. He gives free estimates. Good job on expanding your business. Danny has handled lawn care and snow removal for us for roughly 8 years. He does a great job. He's responsive, flexible, and easy to work with!

I participated in no mow May again this year, but with all the rain the grass grew faster than previous years and my lawn equipment was not going to work without a lot of pain and time. I gave these guys a call and they were awesome start to finish. I was worried since the grass was easily three feet tall in places but I was assured by Danny that they could get it done and haul the grass away. They were true to their word and quickly turned my overgrown lot back to a yard I could manage on my own again. If I ever need any other lawn maintenance DQ will be the first place I call.

DQ Lawn and Snow went above and beyond! They were courteous, professional and reasonably priced. Dan gave us great communication on what to expect and when they would do it. They continued to communicate through the project. We had them finish a job another contractor had started. In addition they did some maintenance on our yard, planted grass, trimmed up landscaping. DQ Lawn and Snow has been doing my mowing and snow plowing for around seven years now. Danny and (later) his crew have always been reliable, prompt, and efficient, and have even occasionally helped me with chores that were not remotely in the job description. I’m glad Danny Q. and his company are able to get me in their schedule, and I highly recommend them.

Danny and his crew do great work at a fair price and can accommodate emergency requests too. I had a tree fall at a property of mine on a Sunday night and he came out and cleared it out that evening.

Based on that good experience I had him clear out three large mulberry trees. Very happy to have those gone!

We have really appreciated Danny for the lawn care services and snow removal. He was very helpful when our lawn mower stopped working and we chose to continue his services. He does a great job with the lawn and trimming. We’ve been quite happy.

I hired DQ lawn and snow do a fall cleanup in 2025 for my mother and father and wow can I say was it an experience to remember, they rushed through it and left massive piles of grass and leaf clippings on the curb for me to have to clean up because where I live cottage grove doesn’t come by and do leaf pickups. Thanks dq for a half completed sloppy job!

I completely agree with all positive comments below. We have now been proud customers of Sommer's Landscape Supply for two years and yes you do get to deal with the owner. You also get the best high quality mulch for a very - very competitive price. To put the cherry on top their delivery is always when they say it will be AND they actually listen to the requests of where to put the mulch, etc... Can't say enough positive things. Truly great company - I hope they never change

Easiest company to work with! Ordered mulch online and it arrived the next day as scheduled. Color was exactly as it was described and the price is very affordable. Would definitely use them again.

I have used Sommer's since 2019 for mulch delivery on my property. I get a fair amount (around 14-15 yards per year) and timing is everything for me considering I spread it by hand. Dalton has always promised and delivered exactly on que and is fantastic at keeping customers updated. The drivers call in advance prior to arrival and are always friendly. Dalton also coordinates with the drivers on specific dumping locations chosen by myself. Being very particular about my lawn, it is much appreciated as there has never been any ruts and they dump right where it needs to be. The quality of the mulch is superior to other suppliers in my opinion, but is still comparatively priced. Overall, great products, professional and courteous staff, good communication, and reasonably priced. I will continue to use Sommer's yearly.
