Kurt did an excellent job coming in under his quote which was already drastically less than the other quotes I had gotten. My original breaker box had corroded due to water seepage into the box. Kurt replaced the box with a 200 amp unit for literally a third of other quotes I had gotten.

Hooper's 24-hour emergency service was great! I had a plumbing issue after hours and was able to speak with a knowledgeable tech who diagnosed the problem over the phone. He arranged to call the city to turn off the water to my house in the morning and promptly came out to fix the broken value. Awesome job and I highly recommend!

Zach was able to figure out the mysterious reason for my furnace malfunction: steel wool for pest control stuffed into the air intake and exhaust pipes. A learning experience for apprentice furnace technicians as well as pest control techs! I greatly appreciated his thoroughness in tracking down the problem.

We are finally finishing our basement and hired Hooper Service for all the HVAC and plumbing we needed done, including replacement of existing in-floor drain lines and a new full bath with steam shower. Being an older home with old drains coupled with the decision to add steam made for some interesting problem-solving. Hooper was punctual and Chris our plumber called me to give me a heads up every time he was on his way over. He is an artist, have a look at his steam generator install! They're fast, NOT the most expensive option, and obviously very professional, teaching me along the way about my systems and offered maintenance advice. If they can handle this job with ease, chances are good they can handle yours too! Highly recommend you give them a call.

Zach was the tech charged with getting our house to have wi-fi enabled thermostats. He quickly identified that what we already had was able to be connected to wi-fi but due to the age took a bit of research and tinkering. Zach was super patient and worked through getting all 5 thermostats online and assured me with getting to the app where I can see and control them. So grateful for the patient and professional service provided!

Everything was great from the estimate to the install of my new furnace. The install team was on time, friendly, fast and mindful of my house.

I got several estimates. LT had the best price. Don’t believe the silly ads from their competitors. There is NO such thing as a free furnace.

Fantastic service! Would promote LT heating and cooling to anyone!!
