Ryan and his team did an awesome job installing a new hvac system in my duplex. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up everything before they left. Ryan also answered every question that I had during the installation process. My entire experience in dealing with Kettle Morain, beginning with getting information about a new hvac system from Scott Holpfer to the timely appointment and install process was flawless. I'm very happy that I chose Kettle Moraine to get my new system installed. Excellent people to work with.

Matt and his Team contacted me in advance of their arrival regarding my HVAC replacement. They arrived on time as a crew of 5. They worked with efficiency, and despite the subzero outside, the temperature in my home did not drop 10 degrees. The team removed all debris and Matt instructed us about the new HVAC system and the WiFi thermostat connection. Superb work, courtesy and professionalism. Well Done!

This company installed a Lennox furnace in my home last week through the Costco plan. The price was competitive and I have what I believe is a superior product. Installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. I can't wait to see if I have savings on my gas bill.

Kettle Morraine is highly regarded in the industry and my recent experience with them was outstanding! From the estimate with Matt Falk to the install team today lead by Aaron Radliff, they were pleasant, professional and respectful of my property. New furnaces, April Air, and Lenox digital app controlled thermostats . They stayed until the work was completed and scheduled a follow up with a zone control check in to be certain everything was in the right working order. While the cost was not inexpensive, the investment in your home should come back in time. This deal came with the Costco guaranty and it’s an extra bonus Thank you to this whole team who worked so hard to get it done for me before the holidays! Highly recommend.

My go to place for heating/AC service. They do all my maintenance checkups and are very thorough. I recommend getting on the seasonal tune-up plan for piece of mind.

I purchased a Lennox high efficient furnace through Costco with Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling as the contractor. From the initial visit and proposals to scheduling and installing my new furnace, the process was very smooth. Good communication on the Costco process (from KM) and timely updates on day of install when technicians would be arriving. Install completed on a warm November day, but looking forward to colder days with peace of mind that my new furnace will keep me warm — and be more efficient! Great job by Dan H. and team; they were patient with answering any questions or concerns I asked about. I would recommend KM!

Very good experience from the start to the very end They were on time they caught out very informative of what they were doing and keeping me up-to-date and everything that was being done and very polite. I can’t say enough of how well they did fantastic group of guys.

I had an excellent experience with Kettle Moraine. Matthew and Josh arrived on time and completed the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner in just four hours. Not only was the work efficient, but they also left the work areas spotless. The installation passed the city inspection without incident. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for future needs!

I needed to be rescheduled by the company last minute but the secondary appointment worked for the next week - it was the earliest available (reason for my star deduction). My technician, Lucas was on time and very personable. He listened with patience as I vented about home ownership and the perils of being a landlord. He then got to work assessing and fixing my water heater. When his initial efforts didn't work, he tried one more thing. Success! I value that he went the extra mile and without hesitation. Please request him when you need reliable service for your heating or plumbing needs.

My furnace went out on Sunday morning. They got back to me in less than 1 hour and had someone out right away. Needed a new furnace and they had it all installed and ready before noon on the next day. Customer service is absolutely amazing!!!! Never went to them before and they treated me like family. Also offered several finance options. So easy to work with and again I can't say enough about the amazing customer service. Definitely recommend kettle moraine heating to anyone.

I am writing to formally request a review and clarification regarding the significant discrepancy between two estimates I received from your company for a Lennox furnace replacement.

I prefer to support family‑owned businesses, which is why I contacted your company after seeing your February 2025 television advertisement for a Lennox furnace priced at $3,999. Following that advertisement, I scheduled an appointment and received an estimate from your technician. He informed me that I would need a larger 70,000 BTU unit, which increased the total cost slightly to $4,145.00. He provided a written estimate for both the unit and installation. At that time, I explained—and the technician confirmed—that my existing furnace was still operational. My only motivation for replacement was its age (20 years) and my desire for a more efficient system.

On December 19, after seeing the same advertisement at the same price, I contacted your company again to move forward. However, the new estimate I received was $5,605.01—an increase of more than $1,400 from the original quote. The technician stated he had my February estimate and would update it, but the revised estimate included several additions that were not part of the original:

HCC16 charge of $499

Miscellaneous (non‑taxable) charge of $458

Miscellaneous (non‑taxable) charge of $299

These items were not included in the February estimate, which clearly listed a 70,000 BTU Lennox Merit ML296V unit without these additional charges.

Given that the advertised price has not changed and the originally recommended unit remains the same, I am requesting an explanation for the substantial increase. I would appreciate a detailed review of both estimates and clarification as to why the updated quote differs so significantly from the original.
