He was very friendly, efficient, and took time to explain everything that was inspected and also fixed the clog that was causing condensation water to backup into our furnace. I was very impressed and will be using them if needed in the future. 5 stars and I would highly recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning! Matt listened to my concerns and created a smart, effective plan for my bi-level with tricky ductwork. The install team—Regan, John, and Joe—went above and beyond, doing the job right and optimizing everything. My home now has perfectly even temperatures, and the work looks great inside and out. Excellent communication and truly professional—highly recommend! These guys know what they’re doing and they care about doing a job well done, which is so refreshing.

Pete and his assistant were both very polite and professional. They laid out the duct work/electric knowing what it should look before the job was finished. All wiring was properly routed and secured to mother board inside furnace. Pete properly tested humidifier and verified that everything was working. The area was cleaned up after the job was completed. A very professional install of the humidifier.

They did our new furnace install in 2022 and that was a great experience! Brent came out to replace our 25 year plus thermostat and was punctual, personable, and professional. I will recommend km heating to anyone who asks.

We had several jobs requiring an electrician. Kettle Moraine sent two top notch guys for all of our jobs. Joel and Neil worked tirelessly for four hours, and they knew their profession well. They were friendly, very knowledgeable patient and took enough time to explain everything to us. They wore booties to protect our carpeting and cleaned up after they were done which are things many tradesmen do not do. We were very happy with the work that they did for us.

Brian B from KMH&C did a wonderful job doing an inspection on my Furnace. He was informational and educated me on every step of his process as i was quite inquisitive and interested.

He was to the point, honest, and kind as if he were my neighbor. going above and beyond not trying to be a salesperson but telling me the honest work that would need to be done.

I just had the A-Team from Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning over today to install a new heating unit and AC unit. ALEC, Zack, Zack, and Dan did an outstanding job with the total installation! They all were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable! They were very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining everything I needed to know! I couldn’t ask for a better crew doing the job! Quality company and work crew! Purchased a new furnace and was able to have it installed the very next day! Jordan and the crew from Kettle Moraine HVAC were prompt, polite, got to work immediately and got the job done very efficiently. New furnace installed and could hardly tell they had been here. Great job!

Water plumbing was crooked. Not enough runners to avoid carpet stains. Runners on wood floors were very dirty like not cleaned fron previous jobs. Fellows were pleasant

Had a PM done on our 2 year old furnace. The technician Matt was very knowledgeable and explained all the work he was going to complete prior to starting the job. He was very thorough and professional. Also he saved me some money on including a future PM on our A/C unit.

Couldn’t be happier with the service! Call shortly before 8am about my furnace being completely out and they had Matt to my house by 9am. Matt explained everything very well and with zero pressure. Was able to have a decision made within the hour and to my surprise they were able to have a crew here by 11am! Derek and the crew were very professional and did an amazing job. The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They were respectful and pleasant. They were good about wearing shoe covers and putting down paper and plastic to keep the floors clean. They went about their business installing the new furnace finishing in about the time they expected. They cleaned up any debris created as well as removing the old unit. Before leaving Ryan gave us care and maintenance instructions answered any questions we had and left us warm and cozy with our new furnace. Dan, Ryan and the crew were all fantastic. We are completely satisfied with the work they did and would highly recommend Kettle Moraine Heating and A/C to friends, family and anyone I care about.
A little while after the crew left Eric, the electrician came to install a switch to the furnace. Eric was as professional and courteous as the rest of the bunch.

Dan was great to get me all the information I needed to make a decision on my new furnace and AC units. The Lennox brand has been trusted and well rated for years and we are happy with our choice. Matt and his crew professionally installed our units with WiFi thermostats. Great job and talked us thru some great choices for condensation and humidity concerns with our previous furnace and AC. Kettle Moraine is my go-to heating and ac company after we needed both our ac unit and heater replaced two winters ago. We got a handful of quotes and payment options and theirs was by far the best and the service was amazing. Their team is so nice from point of sale to installation and maintenance. Paul, our maintenance technician today for our humidifier was awesome. Wore shoe covers once he came in, was a nice, down to earth guy and he did a great job. Highly recommend.
