Constraction reviews in Glendale, Wisconsin

I had my vinyl siding cleaned to remove the oxidation. Fantastic job done .👍

I’ve used Midwest Maintenance for multiple projects around my house. Their work has always been top notch, prompt, and very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Midwest Maintenance to anyone looking for professional and reliable services. Your company has set a high standard for customer service and quality of work, and I am very happy with the results.

I had an ice dam removed after water started dripping into my basement. I contacted several services, but Travis was the only response. He did a great job; solved my problem and provided my first good night sleep in days. I would give him more stars if they were available. Many thanks!

Travis went above and beyond the usual service to help me out while having medical issues. Great service!!

Travis and his crew did a spectacular job treating our cedar shake roof. They are tidy throughout the process. You'd never know they were there at the end of the day except for the fact your roof looks awesome! They are a poliet and courteous team. Highly recommend calling them for your project.

We worked with the owner directly in understanding our unique needs of our log home maintenance. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew was hard working, friendly and kept their work areas clean each day, which we appreciated. We felt we got a good value and would not hesitate to use Midwest Maintenance again.

Travis and his team did a great job. They pressure washed and sealed our cedar roof last year and replaced missing shingles. It looked great, almost new. This year they came back again and did some touch up work. Both times they were professional, courteous and on time. This year they had a lot of projects, but somehow, someway found time to squeeze in our project, which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any project.

Had a leak in my chimney masonry and Midwest maintenance diagnosed the situation & came up with the right solution to fix my problem. Turns out I had some bad flashing and some masonry issues needed attending. So Travis got right up there and got to work. Fixed the flashing and repaired the masonry issue. Then sealed it. I was greatly appreciative of their service. Would recommend.

I am totally satisfied with the my beautifully stained deck. Travis and Rob are true professionals. I was amazed with Rob’s patience and skill power washing my house even in the rain. They were prompt and communicated as needed. I would definitely recommend them.

Loved it

Great work and fair price!

Great local contractor. Solid reputation.

Maretes has great attention to detail, and is a great resource!

Really listened to what we envisioned and brought it to life. Communicated very well every step of the way.

Maretes has done work for me several times and has grown her business because of her great personal service and focus on customer satisfaction.

A great company to work with. The owner of COR Improvements is easy to talk to and a lot of fun to work with.

Recently I met with the owner and was totally impressed by insight, experience and a willingness to assist us. Just having a conversation with Maretas will help you with knowing this is a contractor you can trust and has your best interests at hand.

I continually am impressed with this organization and owner. You will be treated with respect and provided excellent communication along the way. They do great work and have a sincere interest in what they do. If you want to work with great quality people, be sure to meet with COR before making any decisions.

I called because I needed a door repaired. I spoke with Justin who told me they didn't repair doors, but he would try to find someone who did. He was kind enough to take time out of his day to look up several companies that he thought could help me with my problem. I felt the need to give this company a five star review even thought I didn't need or use their service at this time because, with employees like Justin should the need arise in the future where I do need the services they offer, I will definitely call COR first.

We’ve had the good fortune to work with Maretes and COR Improvements on several projects and are always impressed with their quality, professionalism and especially the great outcomes of their projects. Highly recommended!
