I was so pleased with not only the service, but professionalism, punctuality, customer service and genuine care that Josh took in repairing our dishwasher. He explained everything in terms that made sense and showed me preventative tips to mitigate any future issues. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and I cannot recommend him enough!

Josh was in my driveway @ 9:00 on the dot. Found the problem on our dead, 18 month old dryer in minutes. (burnt wire) "Repaired" with new terminals (not parts replacing) Up and running, tested and good to go in short order, at a more than fair price. Josh chatted with my wife and I about "stuff" before leaving, all the while giving us tips on every appliance in the house. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He's in my phone contacts. 6 Stars.

I had two older dryers that I wasn't sure if they would be able to repair. Josh did a great job not only fixing the one dryer to make it safe and functional but went the extra mile to clean out the vent tubing, stabilize the dryer, clean out all the lint inside and under dryer and help identify and explain how to replace an old gas valve that should be replaced. He was very professional and would definitely use him again.

Josh is super patient and extremely knowledgable. We had a really tough job with our washer that took way longer than anticipated, and not once did Josh seem upset or rushed. He took his time to come back and get the job done thoroughly. Truly phenomenal service, thank you again!

Josh was prompt in returning my call and scheduling the repair of my washer.
He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted a reasonable price, replaced the part efficiently & carefully, and then offered a complimentary dryer vent cleaning.
While Josh was here, he gave me some tips to keep my other appliances in good condition, so his visit was worth much more than the cost of the repair. I’ve found a new appliance repairman!

Was able to quickly diagnose and repair dryer (replaced part). Also cleaned, lubricated and did maintenance. Offered 1 year warranty on the repair as well. Very professional and personable. Offered unsolicited advice, recommendations, and maintenance education on all my other appliances, which was unexpected, but very appreciated. Also told me to feel free to call if I'm ever replacing any appliances, so he could offer his expertise and opinion on the model and brand quality. Would call again, anytime for future repairs.

Josh has been super both times we have had him to our house. The first time he fixed a faulty install of our washer/dryer set installed by a big box store. Second time he was out he fixed our dryer, for one of the original problems, but found the cause of the first problem. Ordered necessary parts and was back within two days. Second time he was out he didn’t charge for the second service of the original issue, because he stands by his work. He took a quick look at our stove and fixed that for us too even though it wasn’t what we had called for. Advent is excellent.

If you need appliance repair, look no further! Josh is so knowledgeable, and saved us hundreds of dollars. It’s so easy to shoot him a text, and his response time is fast and reliable. Also, what repair shop actually guarantees their work?? Josh does, when we needed him to come back, he did so quickly and didn’t even charge us for his trip! His pricing is very fair, and he will give you an honest opinion every time. He even gave us tips about how to care for our other appliances on his way out! We will definitely use him again, and I recommend him all the time.

Josh removed our old dishwasher and installed our new dishwasher. He was punctual, friendly , and professional. He voluntarily took the time to go and get a better water line instead of reusing the old one to make the installation
less likely to leak in the future. He took extra time to insure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He gave us suggestions on how to use the dishwasher that would make it last longer snd less likely to need repairs. All for a very reasonable fee!

I have had several dishwashers professionally installed over the years and this was by far the best experience ever. I highly recommend Josh and will definitely call him in the future for any appliance issues.

Love Josh. Problem with frig. Robin rude told me they have other jobs and cant bother with immediate needs and to go elsewhere. So rude so nasty. Way to build business Robin.

The owner, Josh came by and quickly identified the issue with my dryer. After providing me a reasonable estimate, and replacing the parts, he ended up spending an additional hour cleaning out all of the lint that had stopped up within the dryer's internal parts as well as the vent to the outside.

He stated that he wouldn't leave a job until it was fixed properly. He's a very nice guy, and made this the absolutely best service call; for anything, that I have ever had.

I called Advent Appliance and received very friendly service and quick appointment availability, within 2 days!

Joshua arrived to my house and was courteous to use the lil' slip-on booties over his boots. He assessed the noise coming from my Electrolux Dryer and could not immediately determine the cause based on the sound. He took apart the dryer, examined all the components and could not find anything wrong. He cleaned out the blower wheel, adjusted and oiled some internal parts and the dryer has been working perfectly and noise free since!
I am so thankful I have found quality honest appliance service!

Before Joshua left, he inquired on other appliances in the house and performed minor adjustments and gave me helpful tips for my refrigerator and dishwasher.

We called Advent because of 79 five star ratings. We were able to schedule a repair visit within two days. He was scheduled to arrive at our home between 12 and 2 PM and arrived just shortly after 12 PM. Josh is very courteous and professional. A very nice guy. He put on shoe coverings to ensure no snow was tracked onto the floor which was appreciated. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes...ice buildup on the coils due to a faulty freezer heating device to prevent that from happening. He explained the problem in detail and pointed out the faulty part. He needed to procure the part and was back within an hour. The repair took about 45 minutes, including melting the ice on the coils with a steamer. He seemed to be well schooled on our refrigerator allowing him to diagnose quickly. The total price for parts and labor was very fair. We have owned our home for 30 years and have needed the service of several appliance repair services over that time. Josh is, by far, the best we have encountered and will most certainly get our business should we need him again. We highly recommend Advent Appliance.

I highly recommend Josh at Advent Appliance Repair Service. Don't bother calling anyone else. I called Monday afternoon to talk to Josh about my LG wash machine. Josh was in and out the next day. Washer runs like new again. It's nice to know there's still service guys out there that are honest, trustworthy and affordable. Keep up the good work Josh.

We called Josh at Advent Appliance after another company botched a dryer repair job and wouldn't call us back. Josh was extremely thorough in his repairs and explained what he did in plain terms.
