Electrical parts house

Hein in Grafton is a true professionals supply house. The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. He frequently goes above and beyond for our company. I truly appreciate the service he provides.

I understand people want to go home at the end of the day but walked in at 3:56 and was told they couldn't help me because they were closed and the computer was shut off. My order would have taken 2 minutes. I own a business and serve my customer. My daughter works retail and gets customers walking in after they close and are expected to wait on them. There is nothing in an electrical supply house that will take very long. Very rude! Hein should set a better expectation! I have spent thousands here over the year and will no longer nor will any of my electrician friends.

My father, an electrician, has been a client with Hein for over 40yrs. After reading the 1 star review he asked me to help him write a review of his own: "the Grafton store manager happens to be one of my favorite managers. He is polite, courteous, and very helpful going beyond the call of duty. He always says "thank YOU from buying from Hein". I will always continue to buy my supplies from them".

John did an excellent job for us. He was prompt, neat and very efficient. He replaced 2 outdoor outlets and 3 indoor outlets. We will definitely us him again.

John was great. I am a DIYer and messed up a light switch. John was able to come out the same day and not only get it working for me, but saved me money by combining the wires for the motion sensors, so now I can use the others motion sensors for other rooms. He was also very courteous to being quiet when I told him my baby was sleeping, offered to take off his shoes upon entry, and cleaned up the work area once he was done. Definitely will be calling back.

John was great. He responded to me right away and was able to stop by my house the same day and help me fix the problem with my DIY wiring. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

John was prompt, helpful with questions previous to arrival, and installed my Electric Vehicle outlet incredibly fast, and now I have a permanent and reliable way to charge my car quickly. He also installed a 240 outlet inside of my house so that I could plug in my commercial window AC unit. 100% reliable work from a master electrician, who can pull permits if needed. Extremely polite, and was able to explain how things worked. Highly recommend.

Randy and Kyle installed electricity to our detached garage. Were both efficient and answered questions I had about some other house electricity also, enabling me to improve some items I had done myself that were sloppy.

I tried to have them out to instal a new panel and switch my service to a 200A service. The first time he came out and looked at the job, never got back to me and then when I was finally able to get a hold of him, he said he was too busy for my job. I wanted to give him another chance so I called him back several weeks later and he did send a quote. When I replied that I wanted to have him do the work, crickets. I called several times, left voicemails and also sent several emails, all of which went unanswered. I ended up using Sipple Electric and they were great.

Randy and Kyle are wonderful. I’ve needed their help for a couple of different repairs and improvements. They go out of their way to respond quickly, make recommendations, and complete the task quickly. Their rates and quality of work cannot be beat!
