Colin did an a amazing job repairing my broken furnace. It was done in a very timely manner and I suspect he worked longer hours than normal to get this done. I also appreciated the extra effort he made to fix an unexpected problem that came up during the repair. My furnace was acting up on the coldest day so far this year. I called and they said someone would be out between 10 and 11. Leo showed up right at 10. He was very friendly and explained everything that he was doing and got it up and running. The experience was so good and now I don’t ever have to worry on who to call as their service was excellent. Highly recommend them.

We called two different companies because we wanted our Lennox ML296UHV high efficiency furnace and Merit Series 13 ACX air conditional unit upgraded to the most advanced Lennox thermostat, the S40 with a humidity sensor. Both companies told us upgrading to the S40 was not possible and the only way to get the S40 thermostat was to replace the furnace with a newer model. Upgrading to a new furnace model would have cost us thousands of dollars more. Then we called K Komfort. They sent out a professional to evaluate our system and told us an Equipment Interface Module could be installed that would make our existing high efficiency furnace and AC unit compatible with the S40 thermostat. K Komfort provided us accurate information so we knew our true options.

Ran into an unforeseen furnace issue. The K Komfort team was super fast with response time and easy to work and schedule with. Collin the tech was easy going yet professional and efficient. From initial assessment to ordering parts to installation, the whole process was only 48 hours. Can’t really ask for much more. There’s a reason our landlord goes back to them repeatedly. Very professional; originally called for AC maintenance. Unfortunately, my AC is not working, but Joe took the time to explain the options to me (ie: repair vs new AC system installation). They were able to schedule installation of a new unit really quickly. All work went smoothly and I am enjoying AC again on this really hot day!
