Eugene did a great job getting our furnace back up and running very quickly. The entire process from initial call to scheduling to diagnosis and repair was very professional and I highly recommend K Komfort heating and cooling. Keep up the good work!

Overall very happy with the new furnace install. Collin came out after hours to troubleshoot, walked me through all the issues, and I settled on a replacement. The replacement team was Max and Marat and they worked quickly and respected the area. They cleaned up great and showed me all their work when they were done. Couldn’t be happier with the work!

I had a great experience with K Komfort in Grafton a week ago. After finding out my old furnace had a failing secondary heat exchanger, I had to make the decision quickly to get a new furnace. I spoke to Joanna at K Komfort who did a beautiful job of explaining the new Carrier Infinity high efficiency furnaces they sell. She walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, as well as scheduling a new furnace installation during the coldest stretch of weather in over 20 some years! She went out of her way to make a difficult decision so easy. Last Friday I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon and Ryan, the two installers for my new furnace. They too were very friendly upon their arrival, and explained about how long it would take. They had the old furnace removed and the new furnace installed in short order on a frigid day. Then they took the time to carefully explain the new WiFi thermostat, as well as putting an app on my phone to control the system as well. Couldn't have been more pleased with their professionalism! I highly recommend K Komfort to anyone who needs a new furnace or air conditioner. You won't be disappointed!

Collin came out to repair our central AC and did a fantastic job! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to diagnose and replace the faulty contactor. The air is working perfectly now, and we’re very happy with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Highly recommend K Komfort and Collin for any HVAC needs!

During the Hot spell in June 2025 My 40-year-old AC decided to quit on me towards the end of the heat spell. Needless to say it gave me great service up to this point. I called a few heating and cooling companies to provide technical information and pricing for replacement of my AC and my 40-year-old furnace as well. I ended up going with K-Komfort in Grafton Wisconsin and I could not be any happier. Scott presented the Lenox AC and two stage furnace. The installers that he sent over were beyond incredible. My install was not the most friendliest for a unseasoned installer. Scott visited in the morning to make sure if the technicians needed any information that he would be here to provide assistance. I would like to mention that the other heating and cooling companies did not satisfy my expectations. Again, I'm just totally impressed with their technical installers
and unbelievable talent. They stayed laser focus until the end of the project was completed. Thanks so much for all your efforts and hard work completing my project in a timely manner. Please do not hesitate to call this company for an estimate you will not be disappointed👍

Five stars! These folks saved me during a brutal heatwave. Showed up on time, fixed my AC in under two hours, and explained everything clearly without upselling. Fair price, friendly techs, and my house is chilly heaven now. Highly recommend!

Had my furnace go out on me the night before, KKomfort was able to come out the very next morning to check everything out and fix the issues. I had Eugene as my service tech and he was very clear and made sure to answer any questions I had (With how well he explained everything I had like one question). My furnace was running before I knew it and I’m sitting cozy in my warm home again.

Dimitri and Max did a great job putting the new furnace in. There was a mix up with the order and they were very quick on the reinstall. Thank you guys for coming out being very professional and also cleaning up after your selves. Very nice job.

These guys were wonderful to work with. They took good care of my house. They laid plastic down so that the rain would not ruin my carpet. They went up and down the stairs without banging into walls, they worked diligently. They were very respectful, explained everything to me and they were done in a very timely fashion extremely reasonably priced I would highly recommend

KKOMFORT did an excellent job adding heat vents to our finished basement. They went above and beyond to get the project done in one day. The team was very professional and friendly.

Gurman displayed excellent customer service. He was very knowledgable and explained to me why there was no heat and what needed to be replaced. Very satisfied.

Joe with K Komfort heating and cooling was fantastic! He not only came at the exact time he was scheduled but he came with all the parts just in case he needed them. This company is knowledgeable and efficient and they have great customer service and I’d recommend them to everybody.

K Komfort is excellent and easy to work with. Doug at the front desk was helpful with the scheduling process. The technician, Paul, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. He provided recommendations and information that would help with future planning. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

The HVAC team replaced two units for us and did an excellent job. The work was completed in a timely manner, everything was installed cleanly and professionally, and the system is running great.
