I would 100% recommend this company! They were able to come out to check my furnace and the next morning were out to replace it, very quick service! The day they were replacing my furnace I was not home but was able to provide them my keypad code to get into my home. It can be worrying letting people into your home when you’re not there, but I was so happy to see how respectful they were in my home and with my cat! My cat was a big fan of K Komfort! The new furnace is working great, couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

Ryu provided excellent service during my recent furnace tune-up. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection. During the visit, he discovered that my blower motor and circuit board were faulty, clearly explained the issue, and outlined my repair options in detail.

Had a maintenance fix required for none heat issue at a condo complex. Condo found no problem called KKomfort. They listened to problem came out and Eugene fixed it within 30 min with sincere apology for the mix up and Doug was beyond nice in getting everything set up. This company took their responsibility of the issue and accepted it and fixed it. Super courteous and very friendly. Original price of new HVAC unit was the best priced over 6 places I had checked. I recommend highly. Thanks to everyone involved in resolving the issue at hand. Much appreciated!!!

My furnace went out in the afternoon. K Komfort was able to send someone out after hours and assist me. I was leaving for a trip the next day and they were able to have a team install a new furnace the next morning and kept me on schedule for my trip. Excellent service!!

We had a great experience with K Komfort. They installed a Mini Split System in our attic for our five upstairs bedrooms. The entire KKomfort team worked very hard and did a first-rate job, everything was very professional. We would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a $7000 Carrier AC from KComfort that is now 4 years old. It was not running so I called to inquire about my warranty and was told I couldn’t get any information on it because I was on their no service list! I called the next day thinking that was a mistake and again told I was most likely on a black list and he would look into it…no call back!! I had talked to the owner after a year of the purchase. I told the owner I was surprised and unhappy that I had to pay for the 1st yearly cleaning. I didn’t expect to be black listed from getting service for my opinion!! I am completely shocked and very disappointed! Who does that?! I guess they won’t care that I will be purchasing a furnace from a reputable company who believes in good customer service!!

Company sent out wrong experts for a mini boiler situation. The guys were nice and respectful but it wasn’t in their wheelhouse. Originally I was told their boiler guy was going to be the one to stop by….so ended up getting charged a decent chunk of change just to have to request the boiler guy again.
