Didn't contract with them ... Horrible experience even getting a quote. Eric was a complete @$$hole and offered no opinion when trying to figure out what needed to be done at our house. He was standoffish, didn't acknowledge all family members, and said we could "possibly" have their business card. The one other 5 star rating was totally misleading ... STAY AWAY!!!

Super young guy that still has a bunch to learn in terms of the industry, techniques, etc. Was less than transparent and was not even close to competitive. Would absolutely suggest going with a different option. This guy lied about the project pricing and simply did not know what he was doing. Hoping these guys can improve all around because otherwise they will not last in this industry. **THEY WANTED 4K MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL BID (WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY ALL-IN) THEY ALSO HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THE BLOCK WOULD COST MORE IN ADDITION TO THE NEW PRICE. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME AN ALL-IN RATE INCLUDING THE STONE.** HAD TO PUT THIS OUT THERE, SINCE THEY HAVE RESPONDED WITHOUT THE ACTUAL FACTS. **THE NEW RATE HAD A MASSIVE INCREASE FOR NO REASON TO BE CLEAR. NOTHING HAD CHANGED IN TERMS OR PROJECT DETAILS/SPECS. OUT OF THE BLUE, THE PRICE NEEDED TO GO UP BY $4,000 + THE COST OF STONE, LOL. KEEP IN MIND THIS FOR A SMALL RETAINING WALL, NOT A HOUSE OR SOMETHING CRAZY.
