In my lifetime I have tried several carpet cleaning companies - ProMax Carpet Clean ranks top of the line.....truly AMAZING!!! I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency Les brings to each visit. If you want your carpet treated like royalty call ProMax!

Promax was very responsive and timely. Les did a great job and took extra care for all of the 20 year old spots. He put in a solid hour per room of work without any delays. Would certainly hire him in a heartbeat.

Les has been taking care of our carpets and air ducts at least once a year for over 10 years. He is professional, always on time and solid. I recommend Promax to anybody who needs quality carpet cleaning or duct cleaning services.

I wanted to give this place a try due to the great reviews and pricing. I booked a service for 04/04/19 and before the service started the tech immediately tried to up sale. I listened to the sales pitch and declined, however soon after decking, the tech caught an attitude. I had already confirmed with a young lady a few days ago about the levels of service offered and when booking online I was aware of what type of cleaning I would be getting. I was not aware that the tech would have to use my water and electricity. When he first plugged in his cleaner, it popped a bracker. While cleaning my daughter's room, I suggested that I move her bunk bed so her entire room could get clean. The tech told me he never heard of anyone moving furniture during a carpet cleaning. That seemed strange to me considering the fact that I was paying for a room to get a carpet cleaning. Then when it's time for me to pay, he charged me for 2 extra stairs after he cleaned it because I must've missed a few stairs counting when booking the appointment. That's not a big deal, but he should've told me before cleaning the stairs so I could be aware. Lastly, i had to sign a service agreement in order to get my receipt. I didn't see the point of signing a service agreement since the service was already rendered and I was paying cash. I am not satisfied with the service I recieved. My carpets dont even look like they were cleaned. I do not recommend this place unless you like unprofessional attitudes, up sales and half-done work.

Had an appointment with a different company and got a call that my appt would be cancelled because their machines were broken , found promax on google and received a message that he was available same day ! He saved the day and turned a bad situation into a great one and did a fantastic job! Will definitely recommend to friends and family !

Had them clean our couches as they have never been professionally cleaned. Did a great job. Definitely going to use them again for our carpets in the future.

My Carpet is a honey blonde color & I had so many stains and spots that I thought would never come out due to my children; he was fast, friendly, professional and got the job done on top of brighten my carpet back to its normal form all in one. I would and already have recommended him to everyone I know and did I mention his prices are great! :-)

WOW! this is the Company to use for all your Upholstery and cleaning needs! Just had them out to clean my couch and two chairs and this stuff is 12 years old and now looks brand new. On top of that this was sitting in storage for the last 5 years. Definitely will be recommending ProMax to everyone!

Moving out of my apartment and looked around for carpet cleaning services in Milwaukee. This is the place to go! Best prices, communicative, AMAZING job...carpets are over 15 years old and they look amazing, was called during service for recommendations and how the cleaning process was going! Would 10/10 recommend Pro Max Carpet Cleaning!

Furniture was stained from smoke so we didn't have great expectations. Cleaning was OK in that regard. Execution on the other hand was really hurried. He got here later than he expected so he was in quite a hurry. Came in with a garden sprayer and got pretreatment and Teflon coating all over nearby tables, carpet and laminate floors. He left and had to come back because he forgot to stain guard the two pieces we had done. I called him and he returned immediately. I scrubbed the floors with two different soaps, and didn't get the stuff off till I used straight alcohol. Furniture looks better than it did, but we think it might have been better with a little more time spent.

Due to a serious illness, my carpet has not been cleaned in years. The technician was able to remove pet and food stains and they did not reappear after drying. He was on time and helped recommend how to maintain my carpet without trying to sell me products.

They did a wonderful job, very nice gentleman. My place looks and smells amazing.

I will start using ProMax to clean my carpets versus the vendor I was using. They did such a fantastic job cleaning up a 14 inch diameter urine stain that I was unable to remove. They came on time with mask and booties on. They have now become my "go to" cleaning for carpets. Thanks again - awesome, awesome job!

I would recommend ProMax to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned. The owner is professional and has made an opening for me in a pinch when some of my basement carpet was damaged. I use him for my bi-annual cleanings and it is a fair price every time.

We had our basement carpet cleaned on Monday and it is still drying on Thursday. The company told me after they were finished that their equipment couldn't extract all of the moisture due to the age and unevenness of our old concrete floor. He estimated it taking 24 hours to dry. If they would have told me how much moisture would have been left to us to dry with fans, dehumidifier and time I would have not cleaned that area with the same process. They did offer to come back and re clean it with a smaller tool if odors arise. We'l see ... Why not use the small tool the first time?

The carpet in my home looks and smells amazing after the cleaning I received. Les did a great job and communicated very well on when he would arrive, which was on time. He also was quick and efficient in the job he did. I will definitely use ProMax on my next carpet cleaning!

ProMax did a fantastic job cleaning my carpeting. I especially appreciated him trying to get a very matted area more “fluffed up” like the rest of the carpet. I had my carpets cleaned by another company not quite one year earlier and I don’t remember them raising that issue with me or even trying to fix it. I have referred ProMax to many people already. One of them has already used them for air duct cleaning and thanked me for the referral because they were pleased with the job.
