Great customer service. Corey was the plumber who is very knowledgeable. He answered all questions, very efficient, and very pleasant. The office personnel were very knowledgeable and efficient. Just very happy with their service. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Woke up to leaking hot water heater. The tech was on site a couple hours later. He was good about draining the tank in our finished basement with minor water leaking when he pulled it out. Job was completed very quickly, professionally and the service was great! Will use them with any future plumbing issues.

Hansen's is the only plumbing service we have used since moving to our new location in 2015. They had been used by the previous owners. So glad they left us their name. They have always given us prompt. friendly, excellent service. When it comes to plumbing issues service is #1.

Calling Hansen is done with confidence. Knowing the plumbing professionals of Hansen, they will give you what you need and keep you informed as to what they find and their path to resolution.

Cory came out to address the issue we were having with the garbage disposal. When he arrived he evaluated the issue and went right to work. He made short order of the problem and I now have a more robust solution.

When I called Hansen, Darlene took the call and asked a couple of questions to assist in the response. I find every aspect of the interaction with Hansen, gives you confidence.

I do think, Cory should make the leap and buy my boat.

Once Again Hansen Plumbing has distinguished itself as the right choice for our plumbing needs.

Not only did Larry the Owner of Hansen Plumbing diagnose and take the appropriate measures for repairs, he helped me understand the requirements of having a redundant system. Not just provide guidance, but also able to take the corrective action.

Not only take the corrective action, suggest a very qualified Electrical Contractor (Quantum Electric - Who has done superior work on the new building we had constructed).

The industry needs more Hansen Plumbing and Quantum Electric's. Companies who understand the stresses that come along with service needs but also communicate effectively to the affected clients they care for.

June 30 - Friday before 4th of July LONG weekend. I had an issue at our home and contacted the folks at Hansen.
Their responsiveness and reliability shows again.

There is no substitute for reliability and dependability.

Cory again distinguished himself as someone who did a quick diagnosis determined the path to solution and corrected the issue.

The highest marks go to Hansen.

You know the frustration which can take over on a Friday be fore a long weekend. Knowing there are companies like Hansen renews my faith in being a good neighbor and recognizing the need.

April 6, 2023 - Another response by Hansen and a different sump pump is failing.

The sump pump for the drainage tile around the house started banging about 2 days ago. Each cycle it was making more noise.

The technician, (Cory) arrived and quickly confirmed my suspicion it was the sump pump. 40 minutes later my anxiety subsided with the quiet hump of a properly operating sump pump.

Hansen Plumbing is responsive and professional.

Once again I turned to Hansen to replace a failed sump pump.

I left a message with the answering service yesterday (Sunday). A couple hours later I received a call from Hansen asking about the problem and if I need them to send someone out right away.

I said the issue could be addressed Monday. I received a call at 7:00AM informing me the technician (Corey) was on his way and would be there in about 15 minutes.

When Corey arrived, he reviewed the situation and went about making the appropriate corrections and replaced the sump pump. By 8:00AM he was on his way and I had a fully functional system once again.

I can't say enough good things about the responsiveness and professionalism of Hansen Plumbing & Septic Services.

I was introduced to the Hansen group as a recommendation of Kuettel's who did the initial inspection and diagnosis. It was amazingly quick response from the diagnosis of the problem to the identification of the offending pump.

This is a great coordination of effort and professionalism

My husband and I have had great service from Hansen Plumbing both in our business dealings and our personal needs. Darlene is proffesional and efficient in getting bids from and updates to orders. Billing is fair and reasonable. Larry and crew members are great to see pulling into a jobsite. We know that they will take care of everything quickly and reliably.

We highly recommend Hansen Plumbing. They are professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive. We totally trust them and will be happy to work with them on future renovation projects.

I've been using Jim's for some years as they really know what they're doing. But, I now feel compelled to share this review and recommend them heartily - I had no hot water the night before last and called the service number. I got an almost immediate response. They has someone at my house at 6:45 the next morning to fix the problem. I didn't have to take a cold shower! Now that is what I call great service. And it was a heater that was installed by Jim's, so it was a warranty issue - no charge. Better yet.

Will never use a different plumber again! Great response! Excellent workmanship. Real pricing! Fixed a claw foot tub drain and took the time to fix it so I wouldn’t mess it up again. I was installing flooring and snapped the drain. Went out of his way to make it so I could finish the remodel without goofing up the tub. Simply awesome!

I had a new water heater installed today at my house. The install went great, the technician(Dave) was very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. They delivered a quality product at an honest price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work. It was a nice feeling getting a quality product at a fair price!!

High quality detailed work at a reasonable price. I really enjoy working with Jimmy, who is not the owner, but cares about his work and customers like he was the owner. Tracie who answers the phone is also patient and helpful. The owner of Jim's plumbing is lucky to have such good people working for him and has a winning management phiosophy. Great team to work with!

David did a great job today with a difficult repair. With limited accessibility he found a way to get an old tub drain out of a 60's era tub and install a new drain in an afternoon. I'm impressed! Now we can shower, and we don't have to worry about replacing an entire new tub in January. Whoo! And the cost was very reasonable. Thanks, David, and Jim's Plumbing!!

Great experience overall. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician (Dave) made courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Prompt, polite, and did a great job, left no mess behind. Cost was as estimated and fair. Great service overall and will use them for future work, and recommend them to others.

Jim's Plumbing has always come through for us in the clutch. Timely responses, fair prices and rapid response when needed. Having nothing but great stuff to say about Jim and his team of plumbers.

Service was excellent. We had been having issues with our sink for a while and it got to the point where we needed help. Jim’s plumbing was able to get someone out here in a good timeframe, and worked with us when we needed last minute rescheduling. They repaired our sink and were very informative throughout the process. Would definitely recommend and call again if we are needing any help.

Hardest, working company people I’ve seen

Came and knocked on door so they could drive in my yard. You would think that they would have some respect for other peoples property. They left big ruts all the way in my yard. Bet they wouldnt do that to thier own yards , keep them away from your house ,

Tried to run me up on a curb on Wisconsin Ave all to get 1 car length ahead. Driver drove in ditch to get around me.

Wonderful company to work with -- helped me (twice) with electrical work done by previous owner not up to code and once with new wiring. Reasonable prices, efficient, explain/show what they did.

I called and was in a time crunch. They sent a tech out the next morning, and Ryan did a great job, and was easy to work with! I appreciate the great service. I highly recommend them.

This company truly cares! We where in a very awkward spot with closing on a house we where selling and ran into a few electrical issues. After getting laughed at by several other companies for the time frame we had to work with Buss Electric stepped up and took care of us. I cannot speak highly enough about Kim and all the other wonderful staff they have working. They made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. You truly are a life saver!!!
