Technician - Peter was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to set up my lighting switches to be more consistent and useful.

Overall a great experience, the electrician knew his stuff and was able to not only get the agreed upon work done, but also was able to pivot and get more work done than originally quoted as part of the same job. The end result was well done and high quality, awesome experience all around.

Helping Hands is the best. They are responsive to quote requests, don’t go over budget and have excellent communication. Shout out to Pete who has done a few projects for us and is friendly, professional and thorough. He picked up after himself and checked in periodically to make sure we were happy with what he was doing. He even installed new faceplates when replacing fan switches so everything would look new.

Helping Hands is great! They gave me a very useful and reasonably priced range of proposals for repairing and upgrading a large number of dimmer switches to accommodate LED bulbs. They performed the work well, on time, and on a split schedule for our convenience. Excellent service!

Matthew Webb did an amazing job of explaining what needed to be done and walked through the costs and my options. He tailed the package to our current immediate need, which I appreciate! The repairs were done quickly and he showed me the work when completed. We we will definitely be using these guys again, and requesting Matthew specificly!

Matthew arrived promptly and got right down to business (after greeting our cats!). It turned out what we thought was a simple problem turned into a complicated debugging of our poorly installed electrical lines and switches. He was patient and diligent, explaining what he was seeing in the wiring and what he was doing to remediate it. He was confident that he could sort it out and he did.

Awesome job! Jacob from HH was very knowledgeable and did a great job hard wiring and installing my Rivian wall charger! He explained my options in regards to my service panel and completed the work in a timely fashion!
