Even when we needed to pivot, the job was still done on time and to the quote that I got originally. Very friendly and clear about what they were doing!

Very professional, I liked the ease of making appointments at time I liked and text confirmations… and they arrived right on time. They replaced some old nonstandard and not working closet doors that required carpentry along with doing some small misc. things such as fixing a doorknob. The closet job was a bit of work, and they were very conscientious about their quality of work at every step. I will turn to them again for any home repair or fixit need I have.

We have about 20 cabinet doors (circa 1960s), with defective soft close hinges that haven’t closed properly for about 6 of the 8 years we lived here. It was driving my husband crazy that doors were catywompus. I saw reviews of FTC and texted John. I got a response right away. He asked for photos, he gave me an estimate, and within a week, they are all done. As we expected, a few of them required extra attention but John troubleshooted and have them all in tip top shape. While he was here, he took the time to look at our todo list, and told us which ones were in his wheel house (deck repair, changing light fixtures) and which ones weren’t (big window replacement job). The price was very fair, the job was done in a timely manner and the communications via text worked for me. FTC will be my first call for my next project.

From first contact to project finish, FTC Handyman was professional, on top of things, and considerate. Wind storms pulled down a section of fascia and soffits on my house, and John was in contact consistently as he did the legwork to find the best fitting and most economical replacement materials, transparent the whole way on the options so there were no surprises when I got the quote. Work was high quality and done courteously, accommodating to my needs on site. Definitely planning to reach out again for other projects in the future.
