We had Jeff and Andy coming for the service. They came in time. They are very polite. Jeff explained many things and gave tips about how to keep the dryer clean. He is very thorough, makes sure the job is well done. I am very happy we chose and we will use their service again.

Dryer Doctor staff addressed an issue with our gas dryer taking 3 hours per load to dry by scrubbing lint screen, vacuuming lint and redoing back pipe. Staff were thorough and friendly and explained everything. Highly recommended!

Jeff and Jason were great! My dryer wasn't working properly. I bought my appliances from SEARS years ago and specifically had to buy a kit to vent from the side. Jeff discovered that the original set up was not done properly..In fact they never used the kit I bought and made one of their own. Jeff and Jason cleaned out all my vents and reconnected my dryer correctly. They spent the time needed, explaining each step and provided me with pictures to show me what they were talking about..I definitely recommend them

We had a year old dryer that wasn’t performing as expected. Jeff was knowledgeable and explained how the dryer vent and duct systems impact dryer efficiency. He diagnosed the problems and got our dryer running efficiently. He made changes to the transition vent that had been improperly installed on our new dryer a year ago and explained how our atypical duct system was designed in our condo building and the appropriate way to clean out the ducts. He educated us! He and his co worker were neat, thorough and courteous. They were able to get the job done well despite being cramped in our very small furnace room. Highly positive experience!
