We looked long and hard to find someone who we could depend upon to take care of our property during the winter months. We somehow were turned on to Emmanuel Maintenance Services and have used them for several years now. They seem to always show up when needed, and most importantly for me they're gotten my driveway cleaned before I have to leave for work. That's saying a lot for me seeings I normally leave before 05:00 each day. Anyone whose had to get up at some ungodly hour just to shovel snow so they can get out of their garage and leave for work knows what I mean. They use snow throwers and manual snow shovels so as not to tear up your driveway and sidewalks with heavy equipment. I don't think you're gonna be able to find a more conscientious group of people who are not only great in what they do but they don't attempt to gouge you with absorbent fees. I know this winter is just about over but they fill up fast, so if you want a dependable company I would start planning asap

Emmanuel Maintenance Services has done a variety of work for us, interior and exterior. Painting, windows, gutters, wainscoting, flooring, trim, tiled shower — you name it. We really were so pleased with the quality and attention to detail. We highly recommend!

Emmanuel maintenance services built a fence around my back yard. It was a huge job due to the size of my yard, but they got it done in a day and a half! They were professional and left my yard in great condition. The fence is beautiful and I get compliments on it all of the time.

Sam is great to work with! He has guys who can do just about anything. I manage a few rental properties and have had him on call when I am unavailable. He dealt with things efficiently and effectively which was a gift of Peace of Mind.

We used them for mulching our flower beds, Spring cleanup, deck repair and re-staining, and repair of a sidewalk with pavers that had settled unevenly. They worked very quickly and were very conscientious about doing a very good job. They did things that other places would not do for us, such as digging up and re-installing a curved metal sidewalk edging that had partially come out of the ground and created a hazard. We were very happy with their work! They happily returned to address any issues we had without any additional charge. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Sam and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning our home..Lilia covered every detail from ceiling fans to kitchen cabinets, and all the trim in the house were meticulously polished, The bathrooms were sparkling when she was done.. I highly recommend their services.. Her crew did a fantastic job!

Sam and his crew have helped me with several projects over the last few years. They have replaced bathroom countertops, painted kitchen cabinets, did some landscaping, and more. They are efficient and do high quality work at a reasonable price.

Sam Teran and his team provide excellent house cleaning services. Extremely attentive to detail. Polite. Reasonably priced. And very accommodating. The house is spotless after they leave. You will not find better cleaners in Madison.

Sam and his crews are great! So polite and neat! They recently did my bedroom redo with new flooring, trim and lighting. It's beautiful and done right. I would recommend them to anyone with small and large projects.

Sam and his team have done a number of landscaping jobs for us as well are our annual snow removal team. He is always very responsive and his team members are dedicated. The few issues I’ve had were resolved once I brought them up and the breath of his services is amazing. When I have a job around the house, I think could Sam do it? And then I give him a call. You should too!

Example: We needed a new roof. Emmanual did the work in a day with expert care and efficiency and at a very competitive price.

Example: We had a water leak. Service calls by three different service providers lent no solution. The plumbing company told us they could come out in seven days.

Then we called Sam Teran at Emmanuel. "I'll be there in six minutes," Sam replied. He was, and he diagnosed the problem in a few more minutes. The leak was fixed, and we didn't wait seven days. Sam is “The Man” !

Emmanuel Maintenance Services has done a variety of work for me over the last 4 years. From remodeling a kitchen, to painting rooms, washing windows, monthly cleaning, to just showing up when I needed help moving or replacing something. He, his family and his crew have been a lifesaver and a blessing. All have been respectful, attention to detail great and finished quickly. He has made our move to Madison easier in the last few years.

Emmanuel Maintenance Services has been in Madison working hard at many diversified home maintenance & improvement projects for quite some time. I had neighbors that highly referred Sam Teran & Emmanuel Maintenance. As a Madison home owner I first contacted this company for exterior siding repair due to woodpecker damage. Sam Teran & his company did an excellent job. They also, hung bird netting to help continue protecting the house from further woodpecker damage. Their work done to hang bird netting lasted for many, many years. It easily withstood all 4 seasons of Wisconsin weather. (The Wis. DNR & US Fish & Wildlife Service do recommendations bird netting to deter woodpecker damage to houses. No birds were injured in the process either.) Although I did most all of my own snow removal, Sam and his team were happy to help me out with deeper & heavier snow periodically along with their regular customer route for snow removal. It was no problem for Emmanuel Maintenance to make quick work of heavy wet snow on the drive way and sidewalks in the middle of freezing winter weather in Madison Wis. They also did interior & exterior work on our family home most recently when I needed to put it up for sale in 2024. Emmanuel Maintenance worked professionally with a seasoned real estate agent from Weber Realty & myself, when getting the house ready for a photographer to list it online for showings. They drywalled & painted ceilings upstairs & downstairs on the house. Emanuel Maintenance pulled up carpeting throughout the house, did sanding, staining and finishing of hardwood floors in 4 rooms. They also finished off the doorway entrances to multiple rooms in the home. There was the removal of a large and tall galvanized chain link dog pen & the clean up of the garage once all other projects for the house were completed. No job was too big, too small or too difficult for Emmanuel Maintenance. They always got right to work upon arrival for improvement and repair projects. They have been dependable and Sam Teran made sure they worked to get the job done right.
